Great service but always get my drink with ice when I specifically say no ice and they even put it on the cup but they always put ice and it just waters down the whole drink.They put more ice then

First time writing a review in years. This location is ridiculously slow…just sat in the line for a good 25 minutes and had to leave because I still didn’t get my coffee. This has happened several times. Do better.

The cashier is always friendly, but then it’s always whoever is behind the counter walking in circles and giggling while groups of ppl wait. I’ll drive to Oakwood before I come here again for sure.

Located in Northside hospital Duluth, I think I had the best breakfast burrito in my life. The entire place is clean, neat, organized. The service is friendly. The prices are reasonable, and the variety of foods - - including the custom-made omelets -- will satisfy everyone in your group.

Looks like they got a little facelift in this location. The staff was friendly and helpful, as always. I ordered drinks for my management staff at work, and they were completed much faster than I anticipated.

The young lady with glasses and redhair(short) was very impolite. Treated me like I wasn’t there. I never write reviews but I feel compelled too…. Not sure what her deals was.
This store cannot function with the app, can’t use card on app or coupons. Basically it’s not Starbucks it’s target coffee ??♂️ also no toppings or condiments available

Customer Service is still on the struggle bus here. 4 employees and it took 5 minutes just for them to acknowledge me at the register after seeing me standing there and the line growing. I understand they were busy but they seemed to be spending most of there time talking and flirting amongst themselves and not focused on working or the customers. Drink was not made well it was too sweet. Being friendly abs polite goes a long way.

This is why you should never go to starbucks inside target. A bunch of amateurs making coffee and customer service is trash. I ordered salted caramel mocha and this is what I got ?

Starbucks corporate needs to close this. The Starbucks in targets and most stores just miss Starbucks expectations on a host of variables, and quite significantly miss them at that. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a real Starbucks, or regret your drink purchase

For someone to spend $50 and for them to be so rude was disgusting. They not only poked fun at the customers while all four stood there instead of working, but then took fifteen minutes to make a refresher drink…
