We gave The Haus a try for dinner and left with mixed feelings. The restaurant is on the smaller side, and while clean, the interior didn’t offer much excitement. Water was served promptly—but oddly, it came in a plastic rubber-like container, and we had to pour it into tiny metal cups. Very odd and not exactly inviting.

I ordered the udon noodle soup, which came with just two pieces of shrimp. The broth didn’t seem homemade—though I can’t say for...

I’ve always enjoyed Japanese-style ramen, and this restaurant did not disappoint. The broth had a deep, rich flavor that really stood out. Unlike other places that rely on saltiness for taste, here the seasoning was perfectly balanced, bringing out the natural richness of the ingredients. I was very satisfied with the ramen. On top of that, the staff were friendly and the cozy atmosphere made the dining experience even better.

This place is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Really nice staff, great service, and the food is literally top notch. I used to live in NY and Las Vegas and both cities are well known for great Japanese and Korean food and since I moved down here to Gainesville ive been looking for a great place and boy did I ever find it. The food at The Haus can give any of the Japanese and Korean spots in NY or LV a run for their money and dare I say The Haus might even be better than the places I used...
