I ordered for at 1:06p via the website. The website said that the order would be ready at 1:28p. When my daughter arrived to pick the food up at 1:21p, the food (well everything else the waffle) was on the counter. My daughter assumed that was or order but didn't realize it until the waffle was placed in the bag (at this time my daughter had been waiting 20 minutes). My daughter asked for them to remake the food because its been sitting out for more than 20 minutes. My daughter shared that a worker stated that he wasn't doing all that... just remake our food and we will not be back 😒
SN: The food was good though. My daughter said that it wasn't the cook rather it was the waitress not calling the orders correctly. My daughter said that they all seemed new to the job except for the cook. He did a great job although he forgot the cheese in her eggs...

I ordered to go and asked for 2 specific meals and only got 1 but the food was good. I went back to tell them they missed one of my orders and they said I would have to pay for another.

Now full transparency. I have another WH that's closer to my house with 2 staff members that make me come in (on their days) but this WH I could eat at as my back up. My food is always perfect the staff is about the business. There's only one issue I have but I'm a food person with a food history and no WH that I've gone in from Va-Ga has been 100%. This one is 95 in my book though which I'm perfectly fine with. Stop pass and have a meal especially between 4:30 and 6am, you might see me getting some Apple Butter and Raisin Toast w/ my order.

Very rude & unprofessional. Obviously it’s Poor management because the employees & the environment is very unpleasant. They need a whole new crew. They talk to ppl any kind of way & nothing is done about it.
I just walked in there and sat at the bar area at a dirty spot towards the end which is fine, its a Waffle House. I sat there because it was away from the other people and I try to not to get in other peoples space out of respect. I understand that sitting in a spot the hasnt been cleaned up yet is annoying to the servers, Ive been in the food industry for 20 years I get it. The server totally put me on blast and For everyone to hear told the guy next to me” Thank you for not sitting in a dirty spot!” For all to hear including I guess the floor manager who did nothing about it. I even apologized and the server just looked at me. So I just got up and left. Im not going to eat there if Im not welcome. Ive been going to Waffle House for years, I keep to myself, I eat , pay, tip and leave. Im done with Waffle House there are plenty of other places to eat breakfast, I only went there because the service was always great but if you are going to belittle people in front of everyone for no reason, whats the point of even going. So disappointed because it was on of the few places I always felt at home till now.

Our server Kelly was friendly but I wish she would talk a little less and focus a little more. She forgot menus and proceeded to ask what we want. She takes my coke for a refill just to never bring it to the table. As she brought my side bacon it was sliding from the plate and she fixed it WITH HER BARE FINGERS!! She also made a order mistake with the table next to us.
Came here for a pickup order I placed online. The order said it would be ready 15 min after I placed it. Upon arriving after the order should have been ready, there was maybe 5 people eating inside, and they said they were too busy to have our pickup order ready. We were told to wait 5 additional minutes. We waited much longer. What is the point of a place ahead order if this is the case? Then our order was incorrect and they had to remake it. We were here for over 30 minutes - for a place ahead order that should have been ready and was made incorrectly. Don’t come here unless you’re prepared to wait forever

My first time here. Place is clean. Food was excellent.
Greg & Kelly made me feel welcome. The team here works well with each other. You can tell they're enjoying it. Obviously there's good management here.
