I personally like the atmosphere but the store is crowded with others waiting for food and the eating is limited

Order my food over the phone, came in a paid for my food. Waited 15 mins then had to ask about my order that had been sitting on the counter cold. And had to wait for them to remake. Took 40 mins for burger and 5 wings

The Hispanic woman at that counter taking orders is REALLY rude!! I didn’t ask her to be in customer service and I didn’t ask for that nasty attitude.I’m to old for the rolling of eyes and attitude. My food was not hot and my celery was cold. I can’t get over her perception of me.. I am melanated and the look in her eyes.She should not be working in customer service with other people food.

I went to this location, and I asked for a Military discount. I was advised that you have to be in uniform in order to receive a discount. I asked for a Manager and he advised me the same. I told him that Military does not wear a uniform 24/7. But the day before all I had to do was show my Military ID card. They have lost a customer.
