The drink was good the wings were only good because of the sauce the shrimp fried rice was only good because of the sauce I took the shrimp fried right back because it tastes like burnt they gave me fries we will see what the fries taste like here goes my pictures and

Ok, I haven't eaten at an American Deli for years. The two times that I made the decision to go there I was in awe of the size of the wings. The price increased but the wings got smaller. After the COVID pandemic it seemed as if the wings got smaller. They don't have to be shot up with hormones but they could be a decent size. I felt as if I was consuming baby chicks. So, it's for this reason I won't be going back to American Deli.

Ok, so they got my order wrong the first time. No big deal. I showed them that that's not what I ordered. They immediately took action. Apologized. And minutes later I'm enjoying a delicious Philly with extra cheese that I originally ordered. They are amazing there. While I was sitting there eating there was always a staff member cleaning and filling up the drinks. Amazing. I don't know who runs the place but I hope you are paying the staff top dollar. They truly deserve it!!

Cashier was rude, acted I she had an attitude, order a Philly cheesesteak and had to get a refund bc it took over 30 minutes to get my food.But all Hispanic customers was greeted with a smile and got their food within 10-15

staff is young and can be rude in demeanor (they are young women). my issue was unlike other American Deli’s they don’t show your food before bagging it. PLEASE CHECK. i was given no dipping sauce even though i was asked which one i wanted when i ordered. it is nice and the food was fresh. it’s a give and take at this location.

I order my wings and fries and received an order that probably was from someone else who did not come wings were old fries were old and dried out and super cold when I tried to call back the phone it hang up I will never eat here again. Very waste of hard-earned money went down the drain. Wish I could do no star.
