I saw Big Dave's on Instagram and decided to stop by while I was traveling through Atlanta. I ordered the regular size beef cheesesteak combo. It took a few minutes to cook, but it was totally worth the wait! Shoutout to the staff too, I don't want to post the cashier's name to respect her privacy, but she was very helpful.

I’ve been following Big Dave’s for years on Instagram and finally got a chance to try the food and I’m glad I did! Food was soooo good, and the guy on the register was super knowledgeable about the food options which helped because I didn’t have a clue what I wanted😁

Walked and was greeted by Quinton, with a nice smile and was helpful nice behavior made you feel welcomed great customer service and was nice off rip my first time being here but not the first time having Big Dave’s.. Need more people like Quinton !
We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. We ordered a 9” cheesesteak to go, and when we got home and opened it, we were shocked at how greasy it was (see attached photo). It was also extremely salty, so much so that we couldn’t even finish it. For $18, we expected something far better. Disappointing experience overall. Definitely a one and done for us.

Went to the Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks in Columbia. My cheesesteak was DELICIOUS! I loved the sweet peppers! Next time I’ll get extra peppers. The customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff members were so helpful and very friendly! I’ll be back!

Too salty and it’s a preference thing but I like tomatoes, lettuce and whole pieces of banana and bell peppers.
