I dine in and I saw a roach on the floor moving around this not my first time seeing a roach in this place very disappointed the cashier was very rude red hair girl name saraya , was not happy she didn’t greet me my order was messed up it’s a lot of jokey around inappropriate remarks being said between the cooks two guys with dreads while making my food music being played it was not Restaurant music it was louder then the music in the dining room couldn’t hear the cashier was just rude food was not hot seem like the food was just sitting out I would give this place 0 stars never coming back

Every single time I visit this captain D’s the food is FRESH! I’ve even called in just to compliment them! Like the fish is never overly greasy, it is always fresh, green beans be seasoned and the breadsticks are soft and fresh ALWAYS!! I can always count on this location to give me a EXCELLENT lunch! I love yall and please keep up the good work! If nobody has told yall that you’re appreciated…please allow me to do so!

My husband got me and my granddaughter chicken dinners tonight. Got home chicken was thrown in one box2nd box 7 pieces of okra cup of slaw. 3rd box 1 hush puppy 10 pieces of okra and slaw. Had to piece our food together. They had no fries no corn. Will not be going back that was a huge waste of money.
Not a good experience. Wouldn’t recommend nobody to eat there.i asked for okra and i got fries. I’m allergic to fries the reason i asked for okra. It’s like the gave me the bottom of watever was left.i couldn’t even eat my food because it was all over the fries

I'm not going to say but WATCH AND INSPECT YOUR FOOD, keep your eyes on the counters and floors, walls if you get my drift. It's hard enough when I can't see as it's being prepared but I can fix that and I would say the next time but it won't be one. I should gotten a refund but taking a chance can always be a bad one but I took that chance with a good blessing of the food and a nice inspection of every piece. I was not alone with the customer in front of me notice the same so we both had an option but continued on with the service. Hopefully you will have a better visit. One final thing, 2 older gentlemen was dining in and while I'm waiting and they was done dining in. One gentlemen had to get the young lady attention at the counter taking your order to come give the trash can some service due to it running over and a tray still with food in it due to the can full so it couldn't be dumped and his last word was I'm telling u this because what we just encountered at our table. SMH LORD HAVE MERCY, I saw his action while they was eating and I'm waiting for my order, i didn't think of his actions until I witnessed what me and the guy in front of me witnessed. BE CAREFUL AND WATCH YOUR FOOD AND SURROUNDING THERE.

Nationwide complaint of this chain: ridiculous sauce limitations. Limit of 3 sauces ordering online. So you can order a sample and get tartar, cocktail, and ranch but not ketchup for fries. On fish and shrimp meal I got tartar cocktail and 1 ketchup packet 🤣 All their locations do this and I get they're trying to save money but they should be more realistic.
As to this location - customer service was lacking. Felt like a bother just to pick up an already placed and paid order. However the order was actually perfect including special instructions so I greatly appreciate that. Would try again but a little friendliness goes a long way.
