Ordered through the app. So I go to pick up my order and they ask for a name on the order, I give them both names (picking up two orders), then they say show it to me on your phone? Why ask for a name then? I was picking up mine and my wife's orders, had both names and both order numbers, but apparently that's not sufficient to pick up the order. I explained the situation and the lady gave me the food, but she said that I can't pick up my wife's food next time. I said that's silly, and she said she didn't have any control over that.

I was there and I stood at the window, she was wearing a green shirt….she didn’t even to see who was at the window or anything….im tired of coming to this place and rude folks working there. They not friendly at all….if she a manager she is not fit to be one….not with that attitude. I only come to this location it’s convenient but tonight they lost a customer. I’m done with this place

Although the food is far from healthy and the location could be better, the nice ladies serving are beyond lovely and welcoming
Service sucks. A robot speaker thing takes your order then you pull up and thr lady at the window was rude. She shut the window in our face while we were talking. I ordered a diet coke and they said we don't serve that. So they just didnt give me the drink that came with my meal. I would not go here again. I would not give my money to these people EVER again. Nothing wrong with the food, it was hot and decent food but service was terrible.
