I came by and ordered a number 3. It was hot and fresh. I expected to my fries to be cold as most fast food restaurants have this problem, but boy was I wrong. My fries were hot and crispy. Best experience I’ve had.

This is the 2nd time I've placed a order online and the old mixed lady with weird eyes gave me a hard time about the app literally telling me they don't do order numbers and they don't just take name's I showed her an ID and she still refused saying that it could be fake. Do not order from here using the app they are not properly trained on how to process them.

I like Checker's but only as a quick bite. Only for their bacon burgers. I would say this, love the quickness and the drive thru service. I mean, the chicken is ok, but they can't beat Chik-Fil-A across the street or KFC. So the burgers are the only thing to look forward to unless the Burger King down the road, the McDonald's close by, or the other local competition down the road, Cookout got something to say. Still, an ok quick bite in the late hours if they have what you want.

I ordered three small french fries, I was told that the total was three something though I could barely understand what she was saying, so when I got to the window I asked for a receipt, I was told it would be in the bag, my bank statement says I was charged $9.39 for three small french fries. Sounds like somebody stealing to me.

The service is TERRIBLE!!! never in my life such rude have I ever dealt with disrespectful service. Night time drive thru is even worse with the automatic voice thing. Food is NEVER RIGHT!! The gentlemen act more respectful than the ladies do. If they don’t want to be there they shouldn’t be on the mic with nasty attitudes. Don’t want to work stay home or quit.

The general manager is horrible rude and I'm talking about the bald headed one with the bug eyes. She talks to people any kind of way and will also cuss at you. I've never seen a old person be so rude just because you older food if you don't like your job retire. There's two other managers who do a great job the two lady's are wonderful. This place would go alot smoother and make more money if they had a better general manager the community is calling for a change.
