I placed a mobile app order because the app showed the restaurant was open. I arrived at 9:30am, but was told they didn’t open until 10:30am. After waiting, I was sent around to different pickup areas with no clear assistance.
Eventually, I was told my order was canceled because they didn’t have the Spicy Chicken Biscuit, yet I saw other customers receiving biscuits at the same time, which was very confusing.
The service felt unprofessional and poorly communicated. I honestly don’t know if this was a process issue or if my skin color played a role, but I was treated differently from other customers. I also still have not received my refund.

This location is a true disappointment to the Chick-fil-A chain. Slow, unprofessional, no sense of urgency whatsoever, horrible customer service!! I don’t even recognize this as the same restaurant chain that I’m used to getting A-1 service from every time, every location! Ever since I moved back to this area, my experience at this location has been subpar to say the least. My son and I have gone to eating here 1-2 times weekly to rarely ever!! Do not waste your time here!
My fries and nuggets were cold, which that has never never happened and I was surprised. Especially being how long it took to get the order ready as well as how many people were in there. But also it was lunchtime, but still the food should’ve been hot.
