This place should be shut down or the staff needs to be replaced. Ive been here 3 times and neither time was I able to get food. I went to the drive thru on 08/15/25 at 3:40pm to order a large spicy rice and was told by a young slender lady that I needed to come inside. The reason given was that they were short staffed. Mind you the store was empty, not one custemer and I was the only one in the drive thru. This young lady is just totally lazy....my open from previous visits.

On another occasion, about 3 weeks prior I went at 10:45am to place a large order for a military function on Fort Gillem and the same slender young lady was outside with her headset on, talking to a gentleman in a black vehicle and never acknowledged my presence.

I will say that within the next 12 months this placecwill be out of business. Totally pathetic!!

Shout out to reviewer Donquia Smith, you saved me time! HOPEFULLY YOU SEE HER REVIEW BEFORE YOUR TIME IS WASTED. Exactly what she said will happen, happened. After waiting more than 5 minutes at their speaker, the spirit moved me to check the reviews. A worker lady did say something fast in the speaker. All I could make out was “window.” I could see her taking her time at the counter, some other worker (guy) in the lobby sitting down talking/chilling. I pulled to the window even though I don’t know their menu and figured she’d have one for me at the window. She never came to the window to greet me. Waited 3 minutes. Big guy in the lobby made an uh oh face as we pulled off. I only came because I didn’t know there was a Popeyes on Jonesboro. KEEP IT MOVING UP THE STREET. POPEYES IS ONLY 4 minutes from this terrible establishment. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. PERIOD.

Hello everyone please READ before you enter this RUDE suppose to be place of business. The workers (Well SOME) are very rude to begin with. I went to this place last night around 8:30 mind you they are still open at that time. It was a man inside wiping down counters we sat at the speaker for about 15 mins before I went and tried to open the door which was locked. Instead of him letting us know that they were closed or he couldn’t take us he just kept looking at us. Fast fwd till today, I went in for me and coworker we had two different orders , (NIKIRA OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS) told me she putting them in the same box. Instead of asking would it be okay if she put them in the same box. I told her no it’s going to two different people I need separate boxes she told me I could not get a different box cause she’s the only one working. Which the time she took to argue with me she could have been putting my food in two different boxes. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for a box. Which I don’t why when I had two total different orders. I will be calling corporate TODAY.

I was in the drive-thru for less than 10 minutes. I was considering leaving a bad review because I was hungry and wanted to rush them, but the customer service was excellent and the chicken was really good! To whoever worked tonight between 9:00 PM and 10:18 PM on October 30, 2024, you all were awesome, and the chicken with the pepper was delicious!

Went in today to get a family 8pc meal. Was told by the guy cooking the chicken that it was going to be good. Well it was awful and I was too tired to take it back. They put 4 of the best pieces of regular chicken on top and the spicy chicken I didn’t see till I got home. It looked burnt and tasted like old grease. I was so disappointed. I couldn’t eat it.
