I had Shrimp & Grits. It was DELICIOUS. My husband had Chicken & Waffles. He said the waffles were a little hard. Chicken was good. We were going to eat there but no inside dining, only patio. Too many flies.
The presentation of the food is great. I ordered the shrimp and grits, great portioning but the “secret sauce” was not flavorful at all & it wasn’t seasoned at all but they may have just been my taste buds. For someone new to the establishment I wasn’t even directed to a menu. There was no QR code or direction in which I would be able to see what was offered so that was a turn off. The food was good but they could package it better. The grits come in a to-go box instead of a bowl with a top & my condiments & napkins was wet from condensation & the grits. EXTREMELY long wait, I tried not to get upset because there was only 1 person working. But considering that I waited so long & didn't have an attitude, I was expecting a "sorry for your wait, hope you enjoy, have a good day" something! But I didn't receive any of those....
