The food is great but there is a language barrier when ordering. I would suggest having a translator app available when visiting. I speak very little Spanish but they do have pictures on the menu. For me the food was worth the effort. Everything is made fresh and traditionally from scratch. I will visit again.

I ordered before my food arrived at the time they brought it, the cashier who took my order made a mistake and from the cashier she claimed that I did not ask for the order correctly, covering up her mistake and she looked at me very badly when she brought me the rest of the food but I had to complain I hadn't told you like that, miss, I don't know you, but customer service is difficult if you're not focused or you can't give it, look for another job that pays for food service, not for you to make faces or release your stress with me, this happened. I’ve eaten here for years now everything is always good but today I got a long thin black hair on my food and they tried to say that I put it in the food even though I didn’t ask for new food or said I wasn’t paying, me and my crew will no longer be eating here not because of the hair that can happen to anyone but because of their attitude about it

First time eating there and a bad experience came from it. Maybe if I’d gone some other day, things would’ve been different. The servers were inexperienced, slow, and dense. Had to keep correcting our waitress, had to send food back for many reasons. The food took far too long, although the place was slow. We were not the only costumers with problems. We ordered two baleadas and they were completely cold, had to send them back and asked for them to be warmed up. Servers kept messing the order up. Would not recommend.
They are working backwards 30 minutes for 3 pupusas and I say this because the waitress told me that there are many to go orders but they have to cook for the people who are already in the restaurant first and not to go. People are short on time, half an hour or a maximum of one hour for lunch. The pupusas are good except the red sauce has to be red tomato.

A lady treated me very badly, when I went to pay she made me look bad, I don't know, maybe she was working hard. I think that if you don't like your job you shouldn't work at it and then everyone is happy.
