Just left this location about an hour ago. The gentleman that helped me was working alone but was working both the register and making sandwiches. He was very friendly and eating area was very clean. This location is now my new fav.

The time is 9:34 pm and I wanted to order for pick up and a female told me I couldn’t and they were closed. She said I couldn’t order by phone or go to the store and place an order either. Very unprofessional and not following Google hours

I always order ahead, at least a dozen times. My food has always been on time, delicious, and delivered with a smile. The staff is friendly and engaging when I want a conversation. Man, I love their fresh baked bread!

I recently visited this Jimmy John's location yesterday at approximately 5:30pm, and unfortunately, it proved to be the most unwelcoming establishment of its kind that I have encountered. The cashier's behavior was decidedly unaccommodating, as they appeared annoyed when I posed a question regarding available toppings. Moreover, the establishment had prematurely stacked all chairs, despite being open for another three hours. A homeless individual entered to place an order, and I kindly offered to cover the expense. However, the cashier inexcusably ignored his order, opting instead to serve another customer who arrived later. I felt compelled to intervene, emphasizing the importance of providing equal service to all patrons. The subsequent customer even expressed gratitude for my actions. Due to the establishment's evident lack of customer service skills, humility, and welcoming atmosphere, I will not be revisiting this location

I love jimmy John’s but today they get a 4 star. Due to the fact that there was only one guy working alone today and it was a wait! He got it done though he did his thing proud of him.

Yes I went there yesterday and I ask for turkey tom foot long and BLT 6in and went got ready to eat there not enough meat to taste just freebies and it was just horrible . no tomatoes for starter and no ice the machine just overall just bad so never again will I go back.Get better !!

I always greet I say hello or welcome and I have never been rude to any of my customers some people just don’t understand we get very busy and try to get everyone’s order done but we can not control how many orders we get and if people place catering and it takes all of our bread we’ve baked all you can do is be patient with us I understand that frustration but some things are out of our control also jimmy John’s is self serving if it’s not a pick up or delivery we don’t bag but if we’re not busy my staff always bag or at least offer a bag this is not our rule it’s jimmy John’s you’ll have to take that up with corporate I will take note of everything thing said and try to make me and my staff a better team I really appreciate you guys feed back I’m a very passionate about my job

The sandwich was just sad VERY UNDER WHAMMING, don't have enough toppings, i really believe Publix is the king of the sub sandwich, everybody has went up but at least Publix give you what you pay for Subway is equally horrible, too expensive !!!!!! Sandwich UNDER WHAMMING
