No veterans, disabled, or senior discounts. The bread is good when it's fresh, but it isn't always fresh.
Placed an order for me and my coworkers online (6 people) shortly after placing order I received a call from a very rude employee Anazah R. Saying that is considered a catering order and has to be placed 24 hours in advance and that they don’t have enough bread that they have to void my order. I asked if we all came in and order separately they wouldn’t be able to make 6 subs? She proceeds to raise her voice saying no we don’t have enough bread and they can’t make the subs and that the order is voided. A while later I call back asking for confirmation of the voided order and receive a picture via text from a now very rude assistant manager Brian. They had as cancellation reason on the voided order receipt as party cancelled and I asked him to change that to company’s fault or not having enough bread because not being able to make 6 sandwiches is wild. He responds with “ If we wouldn't have had other large catering orders, we would've had enough. Also, there were other things that prevented us from fulfilling the order. But that's not your concern. We are handling the issue. But have a great day anyway.” Please explain on us not receiving our food not our concern but okay. I’ve now contacted corporate and filled a claim and 4 days later still have not received any contact back.

I have never been inside this location. Someone other than myself gets food here for my entire office. What I do know, is from 30 years experience as a construction worker. I feel confident that you could take the bread, stack them on top of each other in a brick like pattern, slap some mortar in between the bread and you got a wall for the Mexican border. I think I’m gonna submit it to Trump. The hardest bread I have ever put in my mouth. This review is not from one time either.
Was told today no more walk in orders. Who give the permission
I have a police report and these employees on camera trying to jump me for not buying a sandwich when there drawer was short.

I went in for a #9 unwich when I first got on the inside I was not welcome the lady was leaning all on the register as if she didn't want to take my oder once my order was ready I waited for someone to bag and hand me my sandwich because the lady told me that "your sandwich down there " once I walked to the other end my sandwich was just laying on the counter the man told me to bag my own sandwich which is crazy because I'm paying to be serviced then when I arrive home I unwrapped my sandwich only to find out it's a regular sandwich which isn't what I asked for NEVER AGAIN I'LL DRIVE TO EAGLES LANDING IN STOCKBRIDGE BEFORE I STOP HERE AGAIN

Staff was nice but my online order wasn’t ready like the app said it was but that’s not the bad part. The bad part is that they put tomatoes (which I’m allergic to) on my Picklewich I been so excited to try even though I customized it without tomatoes. I’m so glad I checked before I ate it (tomatoes were embedded into the pickle so had I not opened the sandwich and checked I would probably be in the ER right now.) Thanks a lot for getting my hopes up on trying the Picklewich just to be HIGHLY disappointed.

This establishment was terrible! They lack training. When a customer walks into the restaurant there should be a greeting. A simple welcome to jimmy john or good evening. Second thing the cashier did not ask me if the order would be for here or to go. I also felt rush to place my order considering I was undecided on what I wanted. Cashier did not hand me a cup to go with the combo. Once I got my sandwich the worker gave me a food without a bag.
Food- the sandwich was horrible. I should not be biting into a hard piece of bread. I don’t know if the bread was old, left out too long, etc. The bread should hold the meat in place but still able to chew it. This was worst and first location of jimmy john that I been to. And honestly will be my last going here

I was just reintroduced to Jimmy John's a couple of months ago, and now I'm hooked. The $10 special is gone (the advertising worked and got me to try it), but the prices are reasonable. I like the tuna sub. I really like the pumpkin white chocolate chip cookie.

Definitely not a location or place I'd like to revisit.
Man lettuce were BROWN, AND HAD A AWFUL TASTE TO IT. FEEL LIKE THEYBWERE MORE FORCUSED ON LEAVING AND CLOSING RATHER THAN TEXTURE AND TEST FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
TRASH, AND NEED TO BE REVALUATED FOR BUSINESS. NO DESIRE AT ALL TONANSWER QUESTIONS OR GIVE ME WHAT I PAID AND ASKED FOR!.
