During call in order requested gizzard cooked fresh. She responded everything always cooked to order. Upon receiving food, it was loot warm at best. Gave back to her they put the same gizzard back in the greese. I saw them. I complained about that, then they cooked them fresh. Terrible.

I wish they add more seasoning to the food, the ice lemonade was on point and the price was affordable. If they get the seasoning right then 5 stars for sure or ask for more seasoning and you want be disappointed.
The Korean lady harassed me down about my order and accused me of not actually paying when in fact it was her system that went down and I also showed her proof that I paid she said pay again and if it happens again she will not be able to give me my food I’ll have to call tomorrow about it. It was absolutely unacceptable and I will never eat from here again.

The young lady at the counter when getting my food just pointed to my food and said this is your order. She didn’t greet me. She didn’t say here’s what you ordered. She didn’t open my food. Don’t let me see it. She didn’t even hand it to me I had to reach through the glass and grab my food she was on the phone.

The workers were pleasant HOWEVER I would not eat from this location. I picked up an order for a relative. This location doesn't look like the others. You gotta do better.

i asked them for extra crispy chicken tenders; they were not crispy. either they didn’t crisp it enough or at all, or they have a different definition of crispy
Parasites in there shrimp don’t eat it they let the wings sit out allday cooked already there just dropping the food re warming it
Seems like they have an entirely different staff. Food has a lot of different tastes now.
