Slow service and long wait time, wrong order received, the order was done by DIY kiosk but the personnel was confused about the order details, there were missing items from the order.

ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING!! This review is about the inconsiderate employee(s) and how they steal from you without you knowing it. The location: 4845 Jonesboro Rd Forest Park, GA. This is their second time doing it. They will take your change WITHOUT ASKING by rounding up for the KFC Foundation. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! Yes, you may have an amount you’re supposed to collect for the foundation but give the customer the option of donating by ASKING FIRST. If you ask and you’re told “no” just accept it and stop rounding up just to meet your quota. Most people don’t ask for a receipt so it’s easy to be applied without the customer knowing but that’s a form of stealing. If you walked in KFC and reached behind the counter and took money they would call it theft or if you went in their pockets, car, or home and took money (change) they would consider that theft so what they’re doing to customers is the exact same thing. DO NOT BE ROBBED BY KFC!
FOOD REVIEW: everything I ordered was cold EXCEPT the mashed potatoes with gravy (lukewarm, you could still feel a little warmth). They need to do better and starting with a little more training couldn’t hurt.

No need to say anything, the picture speaks for itself. This manager whom sold me this product and others in corporate like her go crying and praying when their jobs are snatched away why them? It obviously that they're definitely in the wrong profession, they don't need to be in the food chains services, she needs to be in the shoe shine business shinning shoes with the same leathery pieces of chicken she's selling the customers on Jonesboro Rd in the evenings OMG😱😱😱

I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready be 2:15pm. I got the it was one car in drive thru, and two people inside. It took 30 mins to get an order i did online and it said it was ready. Out of my food the only thing that was fresh was my chicken little. I had to repeatedly ask for my drink and utensils. Didnt give napkins. My fries where pour into the bag. Come people you have to do better. Think why others are going to elsewhere.

Took 45 minutes for my order of 10 cherry poppers. Idk if it's the lack of workers or the horseplay but they take extremely long for every order no matter how big or small.
