I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready be 2:15pm. I got the it was one car in drive thru, and two people inside. It took 30 mins to get an order i did online and it said it was ready. Out of my food the only thing that was fresh was my chicken little. I had to repeatedly ask for my drink and utensils. Didnt give napkins. My fries where pour into the bag. Come people you have to do better. Think why others are going to elsewhere.

They r not talking with customers. I waited 25 min for place order. And i couldnt. Just i left.
Took 45 minutes for my order of 10 cherry poppers. Idk if it's the lack of workers or the horseplay but they take extremely long for every order no matter how big or small.

We got 2 of the pickle box combos and the pickles were so hard we couldn't even eat them!!
The chicken at this location always smell and even taste old, my last 3 visits I was unable to finish it, everytime I think maybe it was just the last time. I won’t be returning

The front cashier was really rude and she was not even acknowledging me. The food was raw and I was missing an item. When I was in line, the girl behind the counter didn't act like she wanted to wait on me. I just hope they get better training.

The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is sometimes short which causes long wait times.

It is extremely, and I mean extremely stupid that these incompetent employees cannot just hand me my online order through the drive through. Hell, every other KFC in the state can do it! Why can’t they? Absolutely disgusting.

"EMPLOYEES STAY STRONG", THERE ARE COUNTER PRODUCTIVE, CONFRONTATIONAL, HARRASING (BAN THEM), WRONGFULLY INDIGNENT, ABUSIVE WRETCHED (SOMETIMES SAFISTICATED) CUSTOMERS. THEY AIM TO THREATEN YOUR JOB BY [NIT-PICKING] & POINTING OUT WHAT & WHEN THE EMPLOYEE NEED TO DO [SHOVERNISTIC]. THEY WANT YOU TO RESPOND IN A UNPROFFESIONAL WAY. EMPLOYEES (CAISHER) ONE THING, ADDRESS THE CUSTOMER AS SIR OR MAM RATHER THAN BABY (DISRESPECTFUL). PAPER TRAY COVER NEEDED FOR DINE-IN. SODA MAVHINE PUTS OUT GOOD DRINKS. NICE MUSIC & CLEAN GLASS.
