What am I supposed to do with these? I didn't ask for blackened plantain. The dipping sauce was placed on top of my egg rolls, and the container melted, causing it to spill everywhere. They were just wet and soggy.

Came back to ClayCo to visit family. My mom was ranting and raving about this place so we went. The food was amazing and very tasty! The portions were large, fresh, and filling. I had the king fish meal. Extremely well made and the fish was fluffy. The drinks were well mixed and the adult beverages were strong. Hope it sticks around and keeps quality as it is a little off the main roads. Definitely a hidden gem of Forest Park!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place lacks in proper portions for the lunch special. I’ve had better services at a legit Jamaican restaurant. I was bamboozled to see that a lunch meal was 1 piece of jerk chicken cut in half and small portion of rice and one sad plantain for $15. That’s robbery! If you’re reading this, please spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I would show a picture of the food but I returned it for a refund. Compared to other amazing authentic Jamaican restaurants, I will never return to this scam of a place. Also, this is coming from a real breed Jamaican living in Atlanta.

It’s nice ambiance but the food is not that excellent. The oxtail is kind of sweet and also their cabbage, the chicken curry is salty and most of it is bone not that much meat in a small portion, and the rice&beans is dry, we’re just living in the neighborhood and in our curiosity we dine-in, we’re also surprised with our bill that I just see in my card notification. The waitress is nice but she did not let me know how much the bill is or even show it to her card reader & she just automatically charge us in Tip not even asking how much tip I will give so before we leave the restaurant I asked the guy in the front to give me a receipt since our server did not asked us or give a receipt. We proved it now why this restaurant don’t have much customer. Everything is expensive, you pay more and you get less.

The menu was very interesting. Now you will get a bang for your buck. Now, know that it is a little pricey. They are friendly to military service members, so that is a good thing. The establishment is very clean. And great for first date occasions.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT....This is the 2nd time I've came here and they still have "DRINK SPECIAL" advertised on their website and had a sign outside their door that said, Drink specials on Fridays. I came here, again, and the manager said they didn't have any drink specials. I told her that it was advertised on the sign outside, she then, lied and said it was for the Mexican restaurant next door. Now, if I didn't know any better, I would've fell for it, but the sign has Kingston Grill "Fridays drink special", so why lie about having drink specials, so people will come here and be disappointed. On top of that, they barely gave me any oxtails, they were small pieces and full of fat, the mac n cheese was sweet. Service was horrible, and I had to keep asking for something more then twice. Never again. I'd rather go to Mangos. I can't continue to support a dishonest establishment.

I'm going to be polite, but I gotta be straight.1. The live musician was very talented, but entirely too loud. I shouldn't have to yell to my husband sitting beside me.2. Oxtails are not supposed to be SWEET. Not at all. Nor should they be pitch black. And the peppah was a slow burn so much so that my son couldn't finish his 2 tacos.3. My husband is born and raised yaadie, and numerous times after trying to enjoy the food said, "If someone who's never had JA food before came here, they would never eat it again." Too Americanized - weirdly sweet and incredibly, unnecessarily spicy (normally spice doesn't bother him, but he coughed all the way through eating). Ackee and saltfish should not be spicy. Flavorful, yes. But with black pepper, not Scotch Bonnets. I had one bite and left it alone.4. The curry goat took so long to come out, we had them pack it to go. Hubby forced himself to eat it the next day and fussed the whole time about how hot it was.5. The 18% automatic gratuity is presumptuous. Our waitress was nice, but service was hella slow, and it wasn't that busy. The drinks were awesome, the meats were cooked well and very tender, the atmosphere was nice overall and neither of us having to cook or clean was a bonus.

Had Really great experience here! Great music a little bit if everything, great customer service everyone was pleasant.! This is a taste of the Caribbean really wish this spot was downtown it gives a good vibe!Vegetarian options: Curry beansOr Cabbage, plantains n cabbageKid-friendliness: Yes it is i mean it depends on the time you come but for a dinner vibe yes. Music wise later would be for grown folks but for the most part the music choose was diverse and really good. I love a little cursing in my music and it was the right taste along with the liquor.!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access literally as you pull up

Celebrating My Daughter's Birthday, this was Day 2 of the Celebration and We were disappointed with Everything about the restaurant. After having an Amazing Dinner Celebration @Planta Queen? the night before. My Daughter suggested Kingston Grill because She had eaten there before (vegan options)and even bought Me food from there. The suggestion was because there was meat eaters with Us and the Thinking was that this would be a Great Option...WRONG. The closing hour was supposed to be 8pm and even though it was around 6:45 -7pm We had to get the food to go (not by Choice). Nothing could be ordered that had to be made or with stars next to the item ?. The music playing was RAUNCHY and Very Disrespectful. Talking about Sex saying the p?$$¥ and other non Family oriented terminology referring to sex and it was blasting for about 15-20 minutes while We waited for the food to be packed. sidenote: It wasn't playing when We first walked in they started playing it as We were waiting.☹️ GrateFul My GrandMan had His headphones on and not listening to the garbage spewing from the sound system. There were People (workers) gathered by the entrance of the kitchen laughing and being weird. There was a man with a garbage bag that came in one door and went out another. Then ended up coming out of the kitchen still carrying the garbage bag.?Made Me feel real uneasy about what would be coming from the kitchen.? The cucumber, ginger drink tasted like karo syrup with flavors added?. The peas and rice had a total of maybe ten peas in it and I also found a piece of hair (looked like a blueish green color). The cabbage was super salty?‍?. Generally when You have to take Your food out, the Restaurants show You what You have...NOT. This was My first and last in House visit, nor would I DARE get take out. I have Never done a review on this level and it saddens Me to do so. The only reason the service has 3 stars is because the Young Lady at the register was polite and kind. Food was HORRIBLE. My Daughter from another Mother literally got sick ?. They were here for the Weekend and My Baby Girl felt bad that She suggested Kingston Grill.? Shame on You for not honoring Your store hours and not caring about Your customers who spend Their monies supporting Your establishment. Plus the fact that We came through a downpour to get to Your Restaurant ...Food is Energy both Spiritual and Physical, YOU GUYS missed the MARK on Both Levels.??*The $20 - $30 dollars was per person and there was 5 of Us!*
