Nice chill spot with AUTHENTIC Mexican food. I had to request a new meal because I didn't thoroughly see some ingredients that were included in what I ordered even though it was printed on the menu. I did not ask for a refund I just gave the food away and placed another order. The server was very patient and made sure to thoroughly describe my next choice. It was very very good. The pinto beans are amazing! Priced well also.

From your arrival they make you feel welcome, my children are delighted with the place, the service is very friendly and patient, the food is large in proportions and very delicious, highly recommended

First visit tried the chicken chimichanga ...fresh food beans and rice authentic...will try other option next time overall not bad but chicken was dry and needs more seasonings

I ordered a Cali burrito and barbacoa taco and pineapple agua fresca on Uber eats..the burrito was certainly not Cali style. I'm literally from Cali..it had what seemed to be old dried up ground beef on it and guess what..it was on the "barbacoa" taco as well. It was such a let down and fully solidified that I should just make my own Mexican food..it's so much better lol..coming from Cali originally and moving here from San Antonio the bar is set high and La Bonita missed the mark like completely..on these menu items. I will not be giving this place a second chance at all. Please do better. Thank you.
