Today I went shopping and the girl who helped me was very rude and in fact did not want to charge me so I had to call someone else to do it. It was around 8:pm, excuse me, I'm just going to buy, I'm not going to ask for the treatment was bad horrible

The manager was very rude and dismissive. Ms Deon has the best customer service. She should teach the manager and the assistant manager To be more customer centered without getting an attitude.

Whoever the lady is in the first window with the red collar shirt on was very rude! If you don’t like your job find another one!!!!! She totally ignored the 5 ppl standing in the lobby. She literally looked at a man and told him she wasn’t going to move any faster! Idk if she is a manger but she needs to be retrained on her professionalism and customer service skills. I’ve came to this location several times and this the first time I came in contact with a rude person here! Everyone else was very polite except for her!! I literally waited 13 mins just to get some sugar for my coffee which is ridiculous!!! Get her out of there!!!

Ms. Veronica the manager goes above and beyond and makes sure she takes care of you. Ms.Sharron is wonderful great personality and make sure you don’t need anything else. I will say that both of these women are amazing.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Does not even know what the word customer service is!
The sandwich was poorly put together. No time was taken to add condiments based on the stores properly making the sandwich. The fountain drinks continue to improperly mix of carbonated, and syrup.
The staff was nice but very slow.

I work right by this McDonald’s and myself and my coworkers frequent it a lot. I stopped by on 10/4 at 7:30 am and used my code for the $4 breakfast. As I was waiting on them to pull me up to the window, the cashier said her computer went down. She yelled to the back and let her Manager know and the LOUD MANAGER told me to pull to the window. I pulled to the window with money in hand and the cashier proceeded to tell me that her computer went down. I told her to get her Manager to ring me up. She closed the window, went to the back and came back and told me to request another code, which I wasn’t able to because I already provided the 1st one. I was waiting at the window and another cashier tells me that the Manager has called FOREST PARK POLICE on me and I need to leave. I’ve been trying to get an understanding out of this and CANNOT figure it out for the life of me. You will NEVER get Corporate so there’s NO NEED TO EVER TRY THAT !!!!!
