Poor customer service. Weird stares, doesn’t seem like they want to serve black people.

'Twas the beginning of my big back, I'll never forget. 😫😭😍

I was in the plaza to shop at the store next door. My little one asked to get ice cream so we decided to try this shop. It was clean, the staff was friendly, & the ice cream is amazing! They carry about 47 flavors. I tasted the strawberry cheese cake, blueberry cheesecake, a Mexican brownie ice cream, butter pecan, Mexican vanilla, Ferrero Rocher ice cream, & key lime with I believe was cake . When I tell you they were all soooooo good and creamy. I ended up getting the key lime, my daughter got strawberry, and we also got Oreo vanilla ice cream which was amazing as well. Thanks to Julia and the other lady (my apologies I don’t know her name) for your kindness, patience and excellent customer service. We’ll be back to get the other flavors soon (next time I’ll take pictures of the ice cream before we eat it lol)! 🙂

My mom and I had went here earlier today and tried their strawberry cheesecake ice cream it was delicious and the guy that works there was very nice and friendly and very much helpful and me and my mom appreciate it very much and we will be stopping by again tomorrow

Horchata water is more cinnamon than water. Three days ago I bought one and I still have the taste of cinnamon in my mouth. And the lady who works there is very rude 😒

Loved it! Got cheesecake (regular, blueberry, strawberry). My hubby got cookies n cream and my son got birthday cake and cookies n cream. The place is beautiful and smell good. The lady attending us was so patient, welcoming, and kind. The freshest and the most delicious ice cream we’ve ever had! Please come support this business!

Very good.
I was on my home & decided I wanted some Mexican ice cream and this was the first place to pop up on Google.
& omg was it delicious ?

I was in the mood for a milkshake so I ordered one with 2 flavors.

The person helping me was very pleasant and helpful.

All the ice cream looked fresh and the restaurant was very clean & nicely kept.

I will for sure be back!!

Older lady attending people is very rude if you don’t like your job don’t work here we where very nice and she was being very rude and rolled her eyes at us
