The food is good but there is a girl who doesn't want to serve us and has an AirPod in her ear and doesn't answer.

We arrived at 810pm and we did not get our ice cream until 855pm. There were about 10 people in front of us. Very slow service. Once it was our turn I was wanting to sample a flavor as the menu was in Spanish and I do not know Spanish. I was googling the translation and was just unsure. However the lady didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. No sample for me.

There gansito ice cream aint gansito that junk is pure vanilla bean it kinda tasted freezer burnt i regret coming here for my weekly ice cream reward ???not only does the flavors not really taste good but the ice cream felt so hard and freezer burnt ah nah im kms i gotta wait next week ? like ik its not just me who thinks it looks just like vanilla
Everything is horrible, I just wanted a white pod ice cream and they gave me a yellow one ?. And there is no sundae either.
If you don’t know what flavor to get be sure you choose wisely on which ice cream to choose as a sample as you can only get one sample.

I love getting ice cream from here but seriously? I found this in my ice cream almost broke a tooth. I’m very disappointed .

Very delicious home-made delicacies. I would definitely recommend the fruit water which is the perfect combination of sweet and creamy.

We do not speak Spanish, but the staff was helpful and kind to us. We enjoyed our mango sorbet and chocolate malt milkshake. I wish we had tried the fruit water. Another frequent customer raved about it. It appeared to be homemade.
