The manager Juose here was rude, condescending, and lacks any sort of customer service skills!!! I feel bad for his staff & hope Papa John retrains him on how to properly lead and represent a brand. However, shoutout to the employee Marcus who understands that deescalating an intense situation just takes a little kindness & empathy. It goes a long way! I will never go back but this young man is definitely going places and hopefully it is far away from the tyrant of a manager they have.

The service I got from Mariah and Nancy was so NICE. Both were super attentive and caring. And the pizza was as good as I expected. But definitely had a great experience with both of there customer service.

They forgot my garlic knots however, when I called there is no hassle or pressure they just said okay will we make them and send them back out. They arrived in such a timely matter my pizza was still warm!

Absolutely worst. Tried ordering from here 3 times in 4 years. Each time, they couldn't get a simple order done in time even when it shows complete online. When asked, the manager says she's 1 person. As someone who's done her job, she was the worst person ive ever seen do this. I will not only avoid this place going forward, but actively tell people not to order food from here.

I come to this Papa John’s quite often, and I order the same thing each and every time I come, and they never get my order correct at all. How hard is it to make a pepperoni and bacon pizza with LIGHT CHEESE and EXTRA SAUCE????!!!!!! Each and every time I place an order, they mess it up and feel some type of way when it has to be made over. The service is piss poor, no sense of urgency, lack of friendliness, and assertiveness. I would never recommend this location to anyone, because they will receive poor service.

This place was packed. Only 1 person was making pizza and it took a long time to get the food
If I could give this Papa John’s zero stars, I would. The employees here seem way more interested in their phones and chatting than actually making food. I had to wait over an hour for a small pizza—which is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, the staff was too busy yapping away and scrolling on their phones instead of keeping up with orders. No urgency, no customer service, just pure carelessness.
If you’re hungry and don’t want to waste your time, go somewhere else. This location is a joke.
