I come to this Papa John’s quite often, and I order the same thing each and every time I come, and they never get my order correct at all. How hard is it to make a pepperoni and bacon pizza with LIGHT CHEESE and EXTRA SAUCE????!!!!!! Each and every time I place an order, they mess it up and feel some type of way when it has to be made over. The service is piss poor, no sense of urgency, lack of friendliness, and assertiveness. I would never recommend this location to anyone, because they will receive poor service.

If I could give this Papa John’s zero stars, I would. The employees here seem way more interested in their phones and chatting than actually making food. I had to wait over an hour for a small pizza—which is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, the staff was too busy yapping away and scrolling on their phones instead of keeping up with orders. No urgency, no customer service, just pure carelessness.
If you’re hungry and don’t want to waste your time, go somewhere else. This location is a joke.

I placed an online order at 11:15 pm EST on January 12th 2025. The store doesn't close until 12am, yet I was treated as if my order doesn't matter simply because the workers were more concerned about ending their then they were about servicing the customer. It doesn't matter if I came 30 minutes or 60 minutes prior to the end of the work day, I deserve to be treated with respect. I am sure this isn't the reputation that Papa Jonhns wishes display to their customers. My suggestion is that going forward, you hire people who's IQ is higher the cost of the food that you serve. The weight of professional customer service should not be measured by lazy employees. Marcus Smith was the only one that seemed to care. Do better

First time I get my pizza, it's raw, wrong toppings and wasn't even cut. Second time the manager was very helpful and professional and he sent out another pizza to me however it was a medium pizza but whatever. he should hire better pizza makers, they can't even place toppings in a decent ratio, all the toppings were smack dab in the middle.
We received our food 20 mins later than the time provided, as we received cold food! We called to make a complaint about the cold pizza and late arrival, the young lady then put us on hold to avoid the question. She gets back on the phone as if I never called for a complaint, she just addressed the issue about the missing sauces we paid for. Very poor customer service, especially when the customer was not satisfied!
Literally nobody in the store and I literally came up to the door to open the door just for the door to be locked and for them to tell me to go through the drive through … nobody is doing anything …. I tried to call in my order but the lady insisted that I payed over the phone when It was a carry out order talking about no cash … like this store is very unprofessional 0 out of 10

Order was supposed to be square cut and wasn’t. Food ready fast but drowned in toppings. More onions than cheese. All sausage half onions was more like half onions and half sausage. Onion side had little to no onions.
