Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly

I would recommend PFBCH. We love her services and the food truly is phenomenal. I read the negative reviews and see there are some ppl you can never make happy. Also bringing outside food for PF to serve is crazy. If you want a professional, licensed, full service caterer this is who you should choose!

I would recommend PFBCH as a caterer for corporate, birthdays and weddings. I recommend a tasting bc there are so many options it's hard to choose. Meshia is extremely professional and will direct you to ensure your menu reflects well. My clients love the tomahawk steak, salmon, Mac n cheese and collard greens, chicken and waffles, smoked salmon cones, fried fish bites and kale salad. Chef is culturally trained and can truly deliver.

We work with this company all the time with our clients are love them! I would definitely recommend PF for any event. The chicken and waffles, smoked salmon cones, salmon and steak are top notch! I recommend Meshia as the EM she is extremely knowledgable and professional. The food is hot and seasoned.

I attended an event where Phenomenal Food was the caterer and I was extremely impressed. The food was hot, fresh, & seasoned to perfection…just DELICIOUS! They had a beautiful buffet setup and the staff members were diligent in their tasks, friendly, accomodating, & very professional. I have been referring them to everyone I know business and personal for any upcoming events they may be having. I just had to come show appreciation as I am sure this company help contribute to the successful outcome of the event.

My sister booked Chef Holly and her team for her wedding and they disappointed us. During cocktail hour the staff was moving so slow to feed guests. They would bring out 10 pieces of food at a time to a crowd of 200 ppl. The food during cocktail hour was COLD…COLD???? Like c’mon. Food temperature is IMPORTANT! They failed to feed the bridesmaid until asked to do so. They did not accommodate the wedding party or make sure we were fed. The staff was arguing with family members. The catering cost a LOT of money and it’s just disappointing that small accommodations weren’t made. We tried to feed the hairstylist & makeup artist and the staff rushed them to take their food so they could take up the plates the food was served on.

Phenomenal Food is just that Phenomenal, The oxtails were amazing, jerk chicken was just right. The staff was amazing and gave great size portions.

Chef Holly and her team continues to provide excellent customer service and set up. I’ve had food from Chef Holly a few times and each time she has delivered delicious quality food! Fresh fish and chicken and sides packed with flavor!

If you’re searching for the best catering , excellent service , AND delicious food you've landed in the right place . I highly recommend Chef Holly for any upcoming baby showers , weddings , birthdays …whatever event you have in mind your taste buds will be satisfied ! My top faves are the collard green spring rolls and smothered chicken . She has a great variety of dishes and appetizers …coming from a picky eater she doesn’t disappoint !

The name speaks for itself when it comes to the food.,my fave of Chef Holly's is her homemade whipped creamy mash potatoes and her brown stew chicken. Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly and her staff will make sure that you have a Phenomenal and a Memorable Experience to cherish for life. From weddings, birthdays, gender- reveals(baby showers), graduations, outdoor outings(picnics), pop- up shops, bbqs, pool parties, etc. Whatever celebration you're having, Chef Holly will make it Phenomenal.?

Definitely a go to if you’re looking for a step above regular wedding menus! I appreciate Chef Holly’s dedication to staple cuisines across the diaspora, which was a draw in choosing her for our Jamaican/Creole wedding menu. We had collard green spring rolls (a fan favorite), heart shaped chicken and waffles, jerk chicken, rice and peas, and gumbo! I appreciated the teams willingness to create vegan options as well. Excited to partner with them again for our upcoming baby shower.

When I say the food is amazing ?! That's an understatement! Chef Holly and her team did our wedding in 2015 and I still go by her location to this day when she is doing dinner sales to get that food! 10 stars if I could 10/10 recommend for sure!

My son’s wedding was catered by Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly and everything was fabulous. The food was awesome. They provided a full dinner. When you look around the tables and all you see left on the plates are chicken bones, you know your guests enjoyed every morsel. They handled everything from passing around delicious hors d’oeuvres while people were mingling, serving the buffet and cutting the cake. Excellent service.

We worked with Chef Holly and her team for a wedding on 12.09.23. From the menu tasting, to the signature drink tasting, to the wedding day of, the team went above and beyond. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Phenomenal foods by Chef Holly! As a recent employee, after being there 10 years off and on, I am extremely upset about the way their staff handled a tough situation. If you even want to call it that. When you hire managers, be sure to put someone in the position to be able to handle the job they signed up for. Here’s the story: At a recent event, a wedding, tensions were high. It’s a celebrity wedding with “ALL HANDS ON DECK”, so of course things were a little hectic and the manager in charge(Meisha), could not handle being the manager in charge. So I politely asked to clock out early, the response I received was, “That’s cool”. Coming from the manager, Holly(the owner), put in charge. Someone who is supposed to be professional, and running the entire situation. This is also the person giving me attitude for asking questions. Not to mention, Meisha lied and told Holly I called out 30 minutes before my shift start and Holly asked that I send her a screenshot of me texting Meisha, 2.5 hours before my start time to inform her of my babysitter not showing up for me. She’s had it out for me since she met me. Well, there was a meeting held, after the event, without me, and a decision was made to release me of my duties. According to whomever, from what the owner told me, they said, I walked out. Side-note, the owners son was also working this event. Now as an event manager in training, as a business owner, as a mother of 4, why would I simply walk out on a job that has been beneficial to our up-keeping? This abrupt decision, that Holly told me she left up to Meisha, is certainly an unfair decision. I would be more understanding if the decision was made after we all had a meeting together. But that certainly isn’t the case. I was not included. I even called Holly while waiting for my ride and she asked me to go back inside and ask Meisha, AGAIN, if she needed my help. Meisha said, “no, you clocked out so stay clocked out.” I asked, “Are you sure? Because from what Holly just told me, you said I walked out.” Meisha said, “I’m sure, we’re good” And I left. After that night, I Never received a call, text or email about the situation. Until today, I received an email with a separation notice from Meisha. That’s Terrible professionalism. A Terrible way to treat someone you gave a key to your shop, someone you trusted to work events alone, and dropped everything at the drop of a dime to keep money in your pocket..Thats their loss but I will hold them accountable for not properly handling the situation. There’s 3 sides to every story, hers, mine, and the truth. There was only 1 side that was listened to and mine wasn’t it. Is this someone you want working your events?
