Went to QT to get my mom some mocha coffee and the bathroom. Instant no welcome, then went in bathroom floor so wet but only in one stall and to the door going out the bathroom. I ask the cashier a man African American why so much water on the floor . He said they mopped but the other stall was dry. So I proceed to the coffee area get ready to push the button powder coming out and coffee too. I proceed to the same guy . I said sir the coffee machine , he begins to call his workers but one standing at the door on her phone and not sure where the other 2 went . Before I could get out “sir someone is going to get burned” he was like I KNOW . I just left came all the way by my home on hwy 85 where it feels like home. These people pick jobs and don’t want to give the good customer service . STOP BEING SO RUDE TO PEOPLE

Andre P and Rueben are excellent standouts w good customer service! I stopped in to wash my hands and refill my ice and water. The rest room was out of soap so I requested they change it. Immediately Andre stopped Mr Rueben and requested such. Rueben stopped and obliged and I was able to wash my hands and carry on. I appreciated this geeture as other places would on m experience would have had me wait. So I had to leave a positive review. Carry on with the good work.

Every time I come here the bathrooms are locked or “out of service”. Don’t stop here if you plan to use the bathroom. Otherwise it’s a standard QuikTrip

This location quickly turned horrible. Most of the time none of the fountain drinks work, frozen drinks are always thawed out, there is never any frozen coffees. When you order food, a lot of the time they are out of something and they won't tell you, they will just give you some random thing. I ordered a sub and 2 of the ingredients I wanted they were out of, they just made what ever they wanted and sent me on my way. This place is garbage, spend the extra minute and ride up to Racetrack.

Consumer service is trash!!! The young lady in the kitchen with the faux locs and face mask on is RUDE!! I ask her was there any pizza available her answer was “don’t you see I’m trying to put some out”& roll her eyes (she said it in a nasty way ) then she bring out burnt pizza !! Please do not go to the quick trip on old Dixie highway in forest park ga .

Needs more staffing, 2 people working kitchen and one cashier, makes it where there is no one cleaning or filling up the machines.Like the cheese sauce machine had no cheese, men’s restroom had no paper towels.This isn’t staff’s problem but lack of management

I'm joining the one star club. I've been to this location on 3 different occasions with last night being my last time. Never staffed and the crushed Ice has been broken for months. It's truly giving the Ghetto experience. Y'all got a lot of nerves as Racetrack is a three minute drive from you.

APPARENTLY there is a manager at this store that is UNABLE to assist me with what I’m needing assistance with. (PURCHASING LOTTERY) The supposedly manager on duty (Michael O.) could not assist me with my request and I’m confused as a customer as to why he is working here. If ALL DUTIES/FUNCTIONS can NOT be handled as a manager, the store should not be selling lottery AT ALL! As a customer for 25+ YEARS I’m HIGHLY disappointed/dissatisfied with the service I received today.QT fix your day to day procedures to assure the customers receive the quality service that you guys “claim” to offer.
I guess it's more important for them to wipe down counters and aimlessly wander around at 3am than to have 1 person stay at the register and check out customers. I've been here 4 times in the last month and waited so long I just left. Yall are lucky I'm honest cause this is a thieves paradise. You're located in an industrial part of town....plenty over overnighter coming for service. DO BETTER!

On average about $1.50 over priced to $2.00 , but other than that very clean and fast and friendly service, but I can go a mile down the street and save 10$ for the same thing, if not even more for the same
