I got the chicken plates, the chicken was so dry.... The macaroni cheese looked old and dry very disappointed. And for the price to be very expensive

Since I randomly try restaurants whenever I'm in a new area working, I thought I would try this place. Slightly different menu from what I was viewing online, so what I thought I had the taste to try ended up being something totally different. I got the rib tips, 7 cheese macaroni, fries corn. The cashier recognized I had never been there so she had me sample the sides prior to ordering so I would know whether it was something I wanted or not, which was a plus. At least I know I'll enjoy the sides. The rib tips are chopped in bigger pieces than most rib tips plates I've experienced. The 7 cheese macaroni and cheese was uniquely good & the fries corn had a flavorful twist. They had a few different sauce options, not sure which one I got but it went well with rib tips. Overall, to choose a random restaurant, I made a good choice.
The cashier also had me try this salmon chowder the owner created, which was about, but lacking seasoning, it came off as a like bland. Other than that if I'm ever back in the area, this is one place I know I'll get good food.

We want to give a huge thank you to Ray’s Southern Food for catering our production team lunch during the Peace & Grace Support commercial shoot!

Right before our lunch break, RSF showed up on time and went straight to work — setting up a beautiful spread that they personally envisioned and executed with excellence. The setup was professional, the service was smooth, and the hospitality was pure Southern grace.

When we stepped off set, the food was hot, the drinks were cold, and the quality was top-tier. Every single plate was seasoned to perfection — you could taste the love in every bite. Our team went back for seconds (and a few thirds 😄).

Ray didn’t miss a detail — timing, presentation, flavor, professionalism — all 10/10. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future events.

IDK who is in the kitchen , But the briskets have gone downhill, the 2 slices are very thick , may y'all please go back to slicing them thin , and I'm always getting more fat then meat , the briskets are not well seasoned any more ..

Service was terrible my order stated it was ready at 1147 and I didn’t receive my order until 12:25. What makes it worse is they were saying I was waiting on hush puppies. I received my food and opened my plate at work and sadly I am missing my potato salad as well.
