All I know is I grabbed this job up as a second one not too long ago and some of not all the equipment was the same as when this place opened. I reported to the health department and it makes you wonder do these people do their jobs or care. He told me that everything was ok. This location didn't have hot water when I was hired. So we were working and not properly cleaning or sanitizing. The equipment in the back was the same as when I worked there when I was 16 and I'm 35 now. Very old and nasty. Mold growing underneath a lot of stuff in the back. It's amazing what people get away with. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating there or this guy other locations. I believe Morrow and Mt Zion.

I went to subway on old Dixie because it’s right down the street from me. When I arrived there was 2 set of couples already in the store, the guy finished one set of couple and fumbles with the money for like 5 mins and say oh I have to use the bathroom and our bathroom doesn’t work (UNDERSTANDABLE) but you left us in the store alone for about 20 mins , you come back and goes to the back for another 10 15 mins and comes to start making food so I asked him was he going to wash his hands and his response was I already washed my hands and I told him well I didn’t see u wash your hands in that sink, he says I washed them in the back 🤔 there is a whole sink in the front why u have to go to the back and wash your hands is what I asked him and he says he always wash them in the back who knows what u doing back there when it’s a whole sink in the front… so after u finished that couple u started messing w your ear or something so I asked him nicely again are u going to wash your hands he said I told I already washed my hands and I tell him u was jus digging at your ear or something he tells me that he was jus messing w his air pods that was located in his ear & dreads already hanging out of your hairnet and he still refuses to wash his hands up front… I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location if u like your health because that guy discusses me… if I could give out zero stars I would..

I came into this location at 8:03pm and left at 8:43pm the young man with the dreds has no sense of urgency and has no care in the world . In the midst of waiting a customer came in and lashed out because she stated she been waiting 1 and 30 minutes for him to remake 2 sandwiches . He didn’t apologize or anything it just made him move even slower . I am very unsatisfied and will NOT be returning to this location .

this location is riddled with gnats and flies. I literally watch the workers swat flies away from the food so God only knows what it looks like in the back. All my veggies were wilted and the employees were disgustingly rude. never come here, just drive the extra 5 minutes to the next cleaner subway.

Today I went to this Subway on Old Dixie Hwy. When I entered this place the lady who seemed to be the only one working the front didn’t say a word to me after being there for 20 minutes waiting for her to fix a sandwich for someone else. She finally got to me and asked me what was I having and I told her. She proceeded to fix the sandwiches but I saw that the lettuce was very brown and I asked her to get some fresh lettuce because most of the lettuce was almost gone and brown. This lady got another pan of lettuce and added the old brown lettuce on top of the more fresher lettuce. I was floored by her actions and then I noticed her nails had dirt under them. I will never come back!

I went to two subways one subway by Southlake Mall was close. Then I drove to the one on old Dixie when I walk into the store. It was dirty like it has not been cleaned up since this morning. There was two new people that did not know what they was doing. They ran out of products. They had no turkey. I ordered two ham sandwiches, both of my sandwiches postal cone with 16 ham, but they only came with six on each sandwich if this is how Subway is running a stores now I never been to a subway like this before whoever the guy that was there a year ago y’all need to bring him back and I will be sending my pictures to corporate. That is ridiculous.
