I understand it is easier on employees when the customer uses the self service tablet. However, if there is an issue with the machine then please help the customer without giving them attitude. The amount of attitude & laziness me & my daughter experienced today is insane. Left without even placing the order anymore because no thanks I don’t trust y’all with my food after that. Getting upset about having to do the job you are paid to do is wild.

Placed an order on UberEats just before 2am. This location closes at 3am. My driver has an incredibly long wait, and when she is finally helped they haven’t even begun to prepare my order (this is around 2:40). I am being told they are out of rice, ground beef, and beans. Why are you even open? Instead of refunding the items they can’t make they tell my driver what they are sending me instead even though I asked for a refund. Instead of the burritos I ordered I’m getting steak or chicken (who knows?) and cheese in a tortilla. That’s not what I ordered. That’s not what I paid for. This seems like an incredibly poorly managed location that was ready to close up long before they were actually supposed to close. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Will be requesting a full refund from Uber as well. Save your money. Don’t waste your time here.

I ordered a plain Chalupa through DoorDash , and my dasher called to specifically detail what I wanted on the Chalupa. Again , the taco is plain just seasoned beef , cheese , and sour cream. I can hear an employee on the phone get clear clarification on exactly what I PAID FOR , & STILL they somehow found a way to add the lettuce. This has happened too many times with this specific location and it's literally feeling personal at this point . There's absolutely like no way they could have messed this up . But honestly to the employee's thank you mama , I got American Deli half off for your mistakes xoxo.

We don't go to Taco Bell very often, so this experience was a pleasant surprise. The employees were all very nice and very mindful of doing a good job. I thanked them before we left because I hope that they continue to do such a good job in the future.

If I could shut this place down, I would. I waited 20+ minutes for a DoorDash order and I asked how much longer and the lady said she didn’t know. I had to call DoorDash and cancel the order. It still was not ready even then. There were no other customers in the store. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If I could rate lower it would be a 0-

Night shift was terrible! I never get what I pay for and they act like they don't care when it's brought to there attention! Paying $5 dollars for a burrito that has $2 worth of ingredients is shameful. I'm not expecting 5 star restaurant quality but I am expecting to get my money's worth. Not sure if they are being instructed to add as little ingredients as possible but don't cheat your customers!

Was visiting atl and this taco bell wasn’t far from our airbnb so we stopped for some cinnabons. Just cinnabons. First off we order them fine pull up to the window and there blasting music on a speaker got the taco bell lit. Lol I have no problem with that I thought it was funny. Just had never been to a taco bell and experience that. But then the guy comes the window and tells us they only have 10 cinnabons. okay ? He tells us he can give us $1-2 discount so we tell him that’s fine. No discount was given we paid for all 12. This is when it just gets confusing like i’ve never been asked or told this in a drive thru. But the guy working the window asks me to pull backwards and he’d let me know when they was done. Me not knowing what the hell he was talking about didn’t. So when he comes back to the window he goes “you ain’t pull back”? Like no bro I don’t know if you mean back around to the speaker or just to back up. Cause backing up just seemed plain stupid right? No he tells me to pull back to the gutter and he’d tell me when it was done. So I do when it’s done he waves me up and gives me my food. Lol what is the point of that so useless I was just so confused. But after receiving our food and getting the cinnabons we notice there ice cold and soggy. Not even cooked all the way. Like how can you possibly be so dumb to not cook simple cinnabons all the way on a timer. Don’t think it could harm you if i’m not wrong. But what horrible weird experience and waste of $7-8 dollars.
