Finally a nutrition shop near my house in forest park. It's only 2.5 or less than my house. I can easily walk there. They got nutrition shakes and teas and waffle and donuts. Love it!

The new renovation is incredible! I absolutely love the friendly staff—they're fluent in both English and Spanish. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is downright delicious. Everything is super healthy, and it tastes fantastic. The energizing and refreshing teas offer numerous benefits, from fat burning to boosting collagen and energy! I indulged in the berry beauty tea, and I couldn't resist going back today to try the donuts—they were absolutely amazing! This place is definitely a top choice for guilt-free dining!

The smoothie was ok, it is all protein powder base water and ice (no whole foods). The worker at the counter, I don't think he understood English. The ice for my smoothie was pulled out of a freezer that was in a ziplock plastic bag, the refrigerator looked like it belonged at someone's house not a place of business. This was just my experience but please feel free to go and check them out and form your own opinion.
