Awful experience. Place stunk. And not many options. Only 4 machines working. Heavy set male employee has horrible customer service. 8/25/24 Then he didn’t clarify that its a base price and not by weight.! He couldnt wait to eat a sample instead of worrying about the customer service or the flavors actually being available.

My first review was 5 stars over a year ago. This place has lost all of its appeal. There were only 3 machines working. The display screens were not showing the correct flavors and one of them was runny liquid. The toppings selections were ok. It was very clean. The staff member only looked up from her phone long enough to answer a quick question and check you out. It's now charged by a flat fee and not weight. It was a nice atmosphere before but now it seems like they are doing the bare minimum.

The last couple of times I’ve been, I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the toppings bar.
I don’t like being prompted to leave a tip for a self-service establishment. Employees are only there to ring up your order and take your money. Most of the time they don’t even do that with a smile. They certainly are NOT doing anything tip-worthy; so it also annoys me when they sneer at me for not leaving a tip.

This place has an awful smell soon as you walk in. The machines are missing flavors. Only 4 machines were working. Me and my son left. The lady cashier was nice though .

Majority of the frozen yogurt wasn't available. Even the yogurt that was "available" wasn't even dispensing. Seems like it could be a good place but needs improvement.

i love everything about it the workers the flavors the treats it is clean sometimes but most of the time but it just have paper on the tables that all but definitely go here 10/10

Yojay's Yogurt is located in a small shopping center, which might be easy to miss if you're not looking carefully. Upon entering, I noticed an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. The variety of yogurt flavors is quite limited, with only 8 options available. Pricing is fixed based on cup size, with large cups priced at $9 and small at $5, rather than the usual by-weight pricing found in many yogurt shops.The customer service at the cashier was disappointing, falling just short of what one might consider adequate. On a positive note, for those driving electric vehicles, There is a charging station with two spots, which is a convenient feature for eco-friendly customers.Overall, while the fixed pricing and EV charging are pluses, the limited flavor selection, unpleasant initial experience, and lackluster customer service make Yojay's a less appealing option for a yogurt treat.

0/10 service never come here. Customer service is horrible, employees are so rude.

Choices for toppings are horrible, I walk in and pay and I am told that now they sell the yogurt PER CUP, instead of weight, for 2 not even full cup of the frozen yogurt I left paying $18. RIDICULOUS, i can go else where and pay that price for 3 or 4 with better topping choices, save your money, and go elsewhere.

Great desserts

They are usually okay service but me and partner came in with half the machines not working. Which we can look past but the rancid smell was enough for us to turn around and leave. Last time we came a similar smell was there but tolerable. This time though, it was basically unbearable. Please fix the rancid eggs/mop water smell

Not all machines were working, but they had a decent selection. The toppings area was neat & clean. The seating area could have been a little cleaner. The floors needed mopping. One young lady working, she was very quiet when explaining how everything worked.
