No stars😒 I attempted to go through the drive thru first….. but it wasn’t moving So i went in, I stood at the register 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me but not before I said something to the employee walking by….. customer service is everything it doesn’t take a genius to realize this Just say one moment please Or if you don’t wanna have a common courtesy Just say someone will be with you shortly Instead of walking by and acknowledging your customer

I haven’t been to Zesto’s in years. Wanted chicken livers/gizzrds. Went to several different stores to acquire and cook. No one had them. Decided to go to Zesto’s. The service in Forest Park was great. The livers & gizzards were just ok. The seasoning and crispiness wasn’t there and the nut brown crown took me back. I would go back anytime. P.S. Bring back the old onion rings. Not the prepared ones in bag.

The parking lot was clean. The attendant was cordial. The server was very friendly and explained my wait time. My food was served hot and fresh. My food was delicious. The french fries were hot and not too salty. The footlong hotdogs are the best!

horrible staff and super unclean !!!! one of the cashier dropped all the cups and she picked the up and did not throw them away !!!! like she was supposed to instead she put them out for them to use. It took them 40min to make 3 milkshake and 2 ice cream cones and there were like 6 employees and it was not busy at all!

This place is going Downhill quickly went there tonight my girlfriend's hot dog was cold my hamburger was cold they were all high on something they didn't know what they were doing the price was to high A slaw dog meal and a fat boy meal was $32 and the portion were to small The bathrooms were not clean And the line was too long The owners should really have a look at that place along with the health inspector

Horrendous service!!!! Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes, with people with their backs to us to place our order. This is, after we stood in line for 5 minutes to get to the counter. From the manager, all the way to the cashier, they all suck. They have no respect for customers standing in front of them. They don't care. They will take a drive through order and fill it and leave people standing at the counter once again with their backs turned to them.

I ordered a chili dog without coleslaw through doordash and received a chili dog with coleslaw. This is the second time that this has happened. I will never order anything from Zesto again.
I attempted to place my order thru drive thru….. a fish basket w/light tartar sauce. A vanilla shake w/ strawberry, pineapple and walnuts. The man at the speaker said order a banana split…… and for that I’m out. Do not waste your time going there.

Waited over 15 min. To get a kids chicken leg meal that was horrible. Fries were ok. The chicken was NOT freshly cooked. It like it had been cooked earlier or yesterday then reheated. Should have checked it before I left but I’m not from the area and was headed back home.. mind you I’ve been there a couple of times before and everything was on point. NOT today. People please check your food before leaving. Especially after waiting for so long thinking it was at least be fresh… LESSON LERNED…
