Never heard of this place but was craving a strawberry milkshake and he suggested Zesto. Boy am I glad he did because I had my first strawberry milkshake here and it was ??. The Chili cheese fries and Burger hit the spot as well after a day of buses and trains.
My family and I would get both lunch and dinner and eat in the car or at my relative's home. My maternal grandma liked the fries and chili dogs or the slaw dogs in a combo. The fries were fried well and fresh. She wasn't supposed to eat fast food like this but made her happy as well as her daughters and grandchildren. I have loved Zesto's since the early 80s when we went to the location on Moreland Ave, fish sandwich was always my favorite, now fast forward to 2024, OMG ? the prices!!!,i live now up the street from the location in Forest Park, and stop by for a milkshake and a order of fries $10, mine you it was good, i guess I wasn't prepared for how much there menu items have increased, only go on check day ?
