Had to give 2 different codes to make use of my rewards. Order correct on Screen but when I receive my order the coupon item was not in the bag or on the receipt. Both times the code was given the app said they'd received the coupon it. They did however once I went inside give me the missing item.

Went at 11 on 8-17-25 to get whopper brisket juniors. The restaurant was sparking clean...cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Service was prompt and friendly and burgers were delicious.

It is supposed to be a fast food place, but when you sit in the drive-through with one other car and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to receive your order after placing it, that becomes an issue. I made it to the ordering kiosk, and it took five minutes for me to receive any care. When somebody did finally pick up, they sounded like they’ve been playing around with their friends back in the kitchen. She was giggling and laughing, she also extremely rushed my ordering process.
