“This is my favorite Popeyes. The chicken is always fresh and delicious. Fries are crispy and flavorful and the biscuits are always buttery and amazing. This is the only Popeyes I go to. The only thing keeping me from eating 5 stars is that 9 times out of 10 they always give me spicy chicken when I order the mild which is annoying but it’s still very good. That and a lot of times if you go later in the day they are out of a lot of stuff. But they are always very nice and the food is always fresh.“

“Minus a star for the slow service. Also, I have been here multiple times and burgers were off the menu due to equipment failures. Judging by the previous reviews I would say there has been a staff overhaul because everyone is nice and polite these days. The one time I had a problem with my order the manager replaced it no questions asked. I eat here a couple times a week or more. Most times my food is hot and fresh at the cost of having to wait an extra couple minutes at the window. Ill take that trade.“

“We visited from Florida and really enjoyed our meals. However, our server Symone D was terrible! Very unpleasant, unfriendly, and snappy when simple questions about the menu were asked. She needs additional training on customer service and communication and learn how to explain the menu.“

“I’ve been in Columbus for about 5 months and have eaten out at least 3 times a week! This is by far the best restaurant I’ve eaten at. The building is beautiful and the owner is one of the nicest gentlemen and best cooks I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend“

“Can't explain; other than I've been eating here for over 40 years. My Dad loves hole in the wall hot dog joints. Must've rubbed off. I get 2 whole chili dogs and tots; all the way. Not sure why you can get either whole or half hot dog; I've never asked. I did splurge last visit and got the scramble dog. I think everyone should try the scramble dog at every place that they have them in search of the best scramble dog. Hidden Grill has pretty good scramble dogs. They have great slaw. Do not skip the slaw.“

“First time trying this little spot and I was surprisingly impressed. I was greeted when i came in and the 2 young ladies at the counter were very friendly. I ordered a philly cheesesteak combo and it was excellent. Hot fresh and hit the spot! Yall keep doing what you're doing!!! Ill be back whenever im in the area for sure.“

“I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. ( & Yes, I have ordered the sauces that were available at the last visit each time. I also haven't seen any signs out & the app still has all of them listed.) “A walked in and was seated right away I had to wait about 15 minutes on my food which is just fine since we was cooking chicken and it was fresh and it was good and it's got a big huge window you can just sit and watch all the traffic though up to 85 pass

Parking: Is located right on the corner so you can get out of the parking lot multiple ways go right or left on 80 or cut through and come by the old k mart“

“I have been through the drive thru twice this week. The food was good but my praise report is on the The lady running the drive thru she had the best personality. Customer service was an A+. I dont know her name but if you go thru the drive thru you will know when its her. Wendys give this lady a raise this is service done right and now a days this is very hard to find.“

The churro flavor that hardens into a shell on the vanilla ice cream if you don't know what churro tastes like...If you have ever eaten Cinnamon toast crunch!! That is exactly what it Tasted like.. super sweet and refreshing ...love!! “We were on the hunt for one last Scooby Doo Toy today. And this store had it. The gentleman working was so sweet from the moment we walked in. Great customer service from this man. We secured our Shaggy. We had gone to all of the others in area to find it. The store on Bradley Park had two whole boxes and refused to open one so that I could complete the collection for my daughter (Scooby Doo is her absolute FAVORITE) !!
