Burger Restaurants near Fort Benning

“Minus a star for the slow service. Also, I have been here multiple times and burgers were off the menu due to equipment failures. Judging by the previous reviews I would say there has been a staff overhaul because everyone is nice and polite these days. The one time I had a problem with my order the manager replaced it no questions asked. I eat here a couple times a week or more. Most times my food is hot and fresh at the cost of having to wait an extra couple minutes at the window. Ill take that trade.“

“We visited from Florida and really enjoyed our meals. However, our server Symone D was terrible! Very unpleasant, unfriendly, and snappy when simple questions about the menu were asked. She needs additional training on customer service and communication and learn how to explain the menu.“

“I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. ( & Yes, I have ordered the sauces that were available at the last visit each time. I also haven't seen any signs out & the app still has all of them listed.) IF THERE IS A SIGN, I APOLOGIZE & I WILL UPDATE ASAP!“

“Service is always great and the food never disappoints until today. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub and it was tasty but very dry. It’s literally meat, cheese n peppers no saucy saucy at all. I had to sauce it up myself in order to finish n enjoy it.“

“Can't explain; other than I've been eating here for over 40 years. My Dad loves hole in the wall hot dog joints. Must've rubbed off. I get 2 whole chili dogs and tots; all the way. Not sure why you can get either whole or half hot dog; I've never asked. I did splurge last visit and got the scramble dog. I think everyone should try the scramble dog at every place that they have them in search of the best scramble dog. Hidden Grill has pretty good scramble dogs. They have great slaw. Do not skip the slaw.“

“A walked in and was seated right away I had to wait about 15 minutes on my food which is just fine since we was cooking chicken and it was fresh and it was good and it's got a big huge window you can just sit and watch all the traffic though up to 85 pass

Parking: Is located right on the corner so you can get out of the parking lot multiple ways go right or left on 80 or cut through and come by the old k mart“

“My servers name was Autumn, me and my church group came in to visit and she allowed us to sit in the big table in the corner, do our church, kept our drinks full, helped us take advantage of the happy hour apps without rudely interrupting as we were about to miss out! We lost track of time and thanks to her kindness and protectiveness we were able to accomplish our meeting, each enjoy appetizers and order at the right moment thanks to autumn being accommodating. We never had to ask for napkins, everything came out correctly from her end and anything that we asked for she over achieved with a smile and a huge sparkly red bow on her head. We will definitely be back. Our group has had bad experiences before but we were thankful to have Autumn to help us navigate correctly and pay attention to time management as we did have somewhere else to be although we did sit there for almost 3 full hours with her and she was above amazing. The churro flavor that hardens into a shell on the vanilla ice cream if you don't know what churro tastes like...If you have ever eaten Cinnamon toast crunch!!
