I was trying to order a simple chocolate milk for my child with just a bit of whipped cream on top but was initially told it wasn’t possible. Lilly overheard the interaction, stepped in with kindness and professionalism, and made it happen without hesitation. It may have been a small request, but her willingness to listen and help meant so much to me and my child. “Love Dunkin' and rarely disappointed, however this morning gives cause for complaint. Ordered 2 frosted donuts, blueberry, and a maple...recieved 2 upside- bottom of bag- smushed frosted, and double order of blueberry. Why?! Called location to complain but no response even though someone was taking a call-in order when we were in the drive-thru. 🤔“
