You would think that working on a military base that there would be a higher standard held for employees to work here. Even if they are simply fast food workers. This isn't the hood. Countless customers along with myself have had to deal with the attitude of 1 rather ghetto & rude light skin, squinty eyed girl who has a constant facial expression of someone suffering from servere constipation. Her name was not worth learning however she's become infamous on Fort Moore now as Military personnel & spouses alike are constantly talking amongst one another on why she hasn't been fired years ago. I remind them that she shouldn't be fired & that she is exactly where she belongs.?

Came here for a quick lunch. Unfortunately they were literally out of everything at seeemed. Anything we wanted to order they were out of the guy working, was rude quiet and literally walked away to get someone else because he didn't feel like grabbing anything. The burritos we ended up getting didn't even have anything we wanted in it because they were course out of everything which is wild for a lunch break. The steak that I did get was for little pieces and like chewing on gravel, my husband's pork burrito you might as well chew on leather. The salsa's were sour as if they were fermented to the point of being spoiled. The only thing they really actually gave a decent amount of was rice, which they only had one kind of rice. Get it together qudoba .

Qdoba portions suck. You are charging $9.40 for a single portion of chicken.The portion was so miserable, I asked for some more and she made it double and it still sucked for a double portion of chicken.I ended up paying more than chipotle. Even chipotle gives you a bigger portion of chicken if you guilt trip them.It just sucks.You can’t request them to be more generous in a military food court. I wasn’t expecting them to be so stingy at least on a military base.Plus their sauces suck. Even chipotle has the “chipotle smoked pepper sauce” that makes the food hot.

They deserve zero stars for their bad attitudes and horrible customer service. I ate there three times in the past two weeks and every time they were extremely rude to every customer. They lost my business; I'll go to the panda express next to Qdoba from now on. I posted the first part before reading other reviews. It seems there's a trend that the food is pretty good but some of the employees are consistently horrible. Instead of posting apologies here, how about taking action and firing your substandard employees? I can get the names of the three women who are always rude, but you probably already know who they are. If Susi (by named in a couple reviews for being bad) is an older lady that is short, with short gray hair and wears glasses, then add me to the list of former customers that dealt with her bad attitude.

The staff is unprofessional and the food is Mediocre. In the afternoon, it’s dead, food looks old. Staff members standing around not doing anything. Got gloves on and touching their faces and hair. Ir was a food court purchase. Food was actually more flavorful than I thought it would be. The process was less than intuitive. The girls were pretty disinterested in putting on any appearance of motivation. Kind seemed beat down and tired. Not bad not good. Filled the hole for 10 bucks.

Employee Jeresulum was extremely rude had an attitude I guess she didn’t want to work today then she proceeds to tell me customers are not always right who says that to a customer I will NEVER give this place my money again until something is resolved with her.

This specific location located at the Fort Benning Main exchange is not worth your business. They have been out of beans and fajitas mix for two months. They do not greet their customers, take very long to even come to the counter and often are closed early or opening late. They give very small portions and when you ask for a little bit more, they go ahead and charge you double. If I'm ordering a bowl and you're out of beans and fajitas and I'm only getting rice and chicken, it would make sense for you to supplement the beans with extra rice without me asking you to do that every single time. I will not be returning to this location.
