The food is always excellent here and the portions are pretty great! (I get the bowl usually) I have not been back in a few weeks, but today's visit was good with one exception; Susi. Whoever hired her must have been desperate. Not only was she rude to the customers, she was VERY rude to the other workers on the line. This would be a 5 star review if it wasnt for her!
I have always had decent service when I visit, only issue they are not consistent with the service size of the brisket now I only order when it’s in a separate bowl because they never serve a decent portion, once I ordered extra ground beef on the side they gave me a sauce cup size serving. But I enjoy the meal

Ir was a food court purchase. Food was actually more flavorful than I thought it would be. The process was less than intuitive. The girls were pretty disinterested in putting on any appearance of motivation. Kind seemed beat down and tired. Not bad not good. Filled the hole for 10 bucks.
