Frankly, some of the worst customer engagement I've witnessed. Saw a customer actually berated by the 'manager'. When their discussion was over, I politely cancelled my order and whispered, 'I won't be back'. And this is at a hospital, no less.
The young lady at the register was awesome. She recommended a drink she makes herself, a sweet cream with double white chocolate and I’m not too sure what else was in it but it was phenomenal for someone with a sweet tooth like mine. Very much appreciate the friendly customer service!
