Applebee's Grill + Bar

I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!

This was my first time at this location. I wasn’t impressed. Although my service was great. The place was gross. It looks like mold is coming out of the vents, dust all over the light fixtures. And when I received my food, and my mash potatoes were cold, they stuck them in a bowl and heated it up in a microwave. I wanted warm food. Not food that was going to burn my mouth as soon as I ate it. It was in there so long that it was burnt around the sides. Only good thing today was the service and my steak.

Haven't ate at Applebee's in a long while. While service was great, kept drinks filled and checked up on us to see if we need anything on numerous occasions and very friendly, the food here at this location..because thats all I have to go by, was absolutely the worst food I have ever been served ( and I thought about if it had been). Myself, wife 7 year old and baby. Baby was happy with French fries but none of us finished our meals. Wife ordered steak, kid had chicken quesadilla and I had what I always get when I dont know what I want..chicken fingers. Normally a very basic but good choice with a side of fries and some good house made honey mustard, they had good honey mustard. But unfortunately thats where all the goodness ended. Wife's steak was very thin and tough, ordered medium. Kid only ate a couple bites of his quesadilla and decided the fries were gonna be his dinner. My fries were about twice the size of a french fry and mostly batter and would be what I might expect from a burger king chicken fry but even less appetizing. Originally went to try the new won ton tacos but they were out. Can't see ever spending my money there again. And the bill was 92$

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with mustard & ketchup, I ordered salmon. His burger was plain & had plastic or something hard like plastic when he tried to cut it in half. My salmon was raw. We asked a server walking by if she could let our server know to come check on us. She immediately asked if my salmon was raw. The kitchen manager then came out & we gave her the plastic or whatever it was. She wasn’t sure what it was. They offered to remake his burger, but he declined. They did make another salmon for me. The manager brought it out, apologized & said they would “take care” of the salmon as a discount. We get the bill & were charged twice for the salmon with 1 removed. I asked the server & she said the manager added a discount. I should have taken a picture of the raw salmon & the plastic but we thought they were going to make it right.
The toilet in the women’s restroom is barely attached with god knows what in the floor that people are tracking from the bathroom into the restaurant. The server was nice but this place is a complete joke.

Worst service ever. We waited 15 minutes to get our drink order and order taken. After waiting the 15 minutes we waited an extra 45 for 2 cold meals. My food was very watery and bland. No one was attentive, the waitresses friends got their food before anyone else that was there before did. Had a waitress complaining about it being full and how everyone working there was stupid. Will definitely not be going bad, am very upset about it.

When we arrived last night the restaurant was about 40% full. Had to wait a few minutes no big deal but we asked for a booth and they said it's at a table. Although there were many booths available. It took about 10 minutes for waitress to come by to take her order. During this time three other customers set around us not only did they receive their food quickly one of them actually received our food. Then when I ordered my steak I ordered it well done with no pink. Received a barely medium rare steak and to seal it all up. The people behind us paid our bill which was $35 and the waitress try to get us to pay their bill which was 76?!. Are you serious you want me to pay for food that I did not order? She said that she called the customer and cleared it through them. Well no crap most of us would prefer 50% off of meal. Will never be going back to this restaurant absolutely ridiculous. No manager inside no one to speak to service was bad food was worse. But still we left a tip because we don't know what the waitress might be going through. But overall horrible customer service.

I had an incredible experience at this Applebee’s. From the moment I walked in, the service was on point. Our waitress “Hailey” went above and beyond the entire time—attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere, and it made the whole visit stand out.

Huge shoutout as well to the manager “Jeff”, who checked in with us personally and made sure we were taken care of. You can tell leadership here really sets the tone, because the whole team was dialed in.

Food was great, service was even better. Definitely a 5-star visit. I’ll be coming back for sure! 👏🔥

The booth where they tried to seat us had a 12 inch tear in the seat so we asked to sit someplace else. We were seated at a booth near the window. The blinds next to our seat were filthy. My salad had almost no lettuce, it was mostly shredded red cabbage. The server was very nice, she checked back several times and kept our drinks refilled.

The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded for a Friday night. We were seated immediately. Mary was our server, she did an exceptional job. She kept a kind, smile and was easy to work with. She kept the drinks filled, brought everything in a timely manner, never had to ask for anything. We will be back for sure.

Food was great, service was excellent. Mary was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. Knowledgeable when I asked questions about menu items. Never had to ask for a refill, she was on it!
