People in front of us was VERY needy. And took forever. But by the time we got ours. It was good and we were ready to eat it .

Took 10 min to place an order at the drive thru. It was charged incorrectly at the window … and they added a dollar for the pup cup which has always been free.

We witnessed at least ten osha violations while sitting there having our ice cream. They never washed their hands before handling ready to eat food, or used gloves. The entire place was dirty. Floors, tables and chairs not clean. Ice cream drippings down the front of the trash cans. Instead of working on the cleanliness of the store, all four of the employees sat on top of the counters where food is made, playing on their cell phones in between customers. Absolutely disgusting. The owner, manager and employees all should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Will never go here again, we got our ice cream and immediately noticed that nobody was wearing gloves and touching everything without washing hands or even hand sanitizer. By everything I mean trash bags, dropping rags on the dirty floor and using said rag to “clean utensils” and by cleaning the would simply wipe it down with dirty water that they put there dirty hands in. Not to mention they would come in contact with the ice cream like it’s on their hands, we sat and observed and they would touch all over there selves and still not washing hands. I couldn’t finish my ice cream after seeing everything. Very unhygienic and will 100% not eat here again

Was out of my favorite butter pecan..but service and quality was otherwise fine..staff was young but attentive and helpful with other customers I observed.

Also ordered a birthday cake today. Cutest cake with different ice cream cones. Had to call the store with a few questions. They were the sweetest ever! Best customer service of any place!

Waited in line for 12 minutes, got to the speaker and was asked to hold so I waited at the speaker for 22 minutes, drove up to the window waited another 10 just for them to say they aren't serving the drive thru.

This place is trash and disgusting. The management “Jessica” definitely shouldn’t be allowed to work with teenagers.

The ice cream is good, but the price and portion sizes are a bit out of whack. The cone had twice as much ice cream than the cup did. $4 a scoop is also kind pricey.
