The BBQ beef was good so was the baked beans slaw was kind of plain and I tried the banana pudding for the 1st time and I have to say that I have had better banana pudding need to work on the pudding saying all that I would buy there BBQ again.

I've been eating here for several years now and the food has never disappointed. The staff are friendly and the order is always right, I've never once had to go back or call about missing food or wrong orders. If you like tender, smoked ribs, you should definitely give them a try.

This was my first visit to BBQ Shack and I was very happy with the pulled pork plate I ordered. Not a lot of parking here, but I used the drive-thru, and the wait wasn't too long. The pork was finely shredded and the sauce ratio was just right! I ordered the orka and fries with it and both items were really good. This satisfied the pulled pork craving I've been having and I'll definitely be back!

We have been going here now for about 6 months so I have been able to try a few things. So far everything has been great. Today I tried the cheese burger 1/2 lb . It was huge and I love burgers and this one was really good. Our Oder is always correct right down to my 1/2 cut tea. Not to sweet not to unsweetened just perfect. You do have to wait an extra few minutes unlike fast food but it is cooked fresh and more that worth the wait. I think everything would be great but checked off a few of the things we have tried
I have eat at BBQ shack for years and have always had great service but today called to place an order and was on the phone with a gentlemen who hung up on me. I asked to substitute fries for tots and he said nope can’t do that! We can’t adjust the price ( I didn’t ask for the price to stay the same, my kid wanted tots and I didn’t care about an up charge) after that and trying to decide what to choose I get hung up on. Very rude!
Customer service could be a little bit more hospitable. Especially in a small town.

This place is wonderful and a very pleasant hidden drive thru bbq find. I enjoyed it in my car. The burger is massive beware the double size. The ribs were super hot but not in any way over cooked. Smoky and delicious. I need to try more! Staff/owners know how good their food is and you can tell they put care and effort into their dishes and packaging which I value in BBQ greatly. Thank you!
