Bottom line up front...it should not take 18 minutes to complete my order. I get it...it's after the lunch rush and you may not have everything on hand...but 18 minutes seems a bit excessive.
Or...unsolicited tip...if it's going to be more than a handful of minutes...just let the customer know so they're not wondering what is taking so long.

I had traveled stop to get something to eat it was nearly noon, l asked for wings meal l was told no wings it would be about 20-25 minutes. This was a Friday close to lunch and no wings.
