They make sure your food is fresh. Waited for fresh sweet potato pies. Very caring employees. Nice central location in Ft. O You can order the stuff, like eggs, ham, chicken, etc. that comes on biscuits separately, which I love. Nice spot to get some quick protein post workout.

I love bojangles but the last couple times i went to this location my chicken tenders was way to dry and my fries was cold and one time i had order for delivery and paid for the sauce they were forget it as well and i had to ate my dry chicken tenders with no sauce. (I already had got the refund for the sauce)

Came thru and the lady literally grabbed my hashbrowns WITH HER HANDS WITHOUT GLOVES and when we called her out for it asking for a new one because those were contaminated and against health code, she laughed and said no it’s not “WE DON’T NEED GLOVES”. HEALTH DEPARTMENT PLEASE CHECK LOCAL FAST FOOD CHAINS!👏🏼🛑 I used to work at sonic in Hixson and they wouldn’t use gloves either and I left because no one took it serious and that’s disgusting. This is why we stay sick. People like this woman at bojangles who doesn’t use gloves.

Was surprised to find only 2 people working the day I went. But those 2 people prepared my food and did it in a timely manner. They made it a very pleasant event with smiles although they were short staffed! I absolute recommend.

They advertise product they say they no longer serve. We have came in twice for lunch and they still don’t carry the pimiento cheese for the sandwich. This was the only reason my wife and I came in for. You order food with no lines and it still takes forever. We WILL NOT come back to this location again. I did tell them that they need to shut the doors AGAIN! FOREVER.

Thought I’d try it since the reopening. Nope not a great experience. It took forever for someone to take my order. They were only doing to go orders, no dine in. There was SO MUCH all over the floor behind the counter. Receipts, bags, food, a cup, ketchup packets. Definitely a slipping hazard for the employees. The sweet tea was old. There did not seem to be a lot of coordination between the four people on shift. An employee coming in shoved past me on my way out and then said “excuse you” Definitely will not be returning to this one.
don’t come here everything is dryer than a hair in a biscuit, this food will make you gag.

My family and I usually like to eat there one during the weekend just so no one has to cook and it's low hassle. Unfortunately the past 4 times we have gone , they have taken almost 30 minutes to bring food from an online order to be ready , their have been multiple employs outside smoking while two people are inside struggling alone , obviously alot of pandering and enabling in people not doing their job. But the 2 older females that work there are always nice and try to do their best but you can run a corporation on 2 people
