I love bojangles but I was very dissatisfied today. It was not busy, there were no cars in the drive thru behind us but after waiting for some fresh Bo-rounds we asked for some mayonnaise from the attendant and she said we would have to come inside to get it. Even McDonald’s has better service than that! Then once I was inside I had to deal with the same unpleasant woman again. Good biscuits but awful service.

Food was fresh but it seems like 9 out 10 times we come to this location something is missing from our orders. In the beginning we thought it was because of a new crew but now I don't know what the issue is. I've worked fast food and I know it can be hectic, but almost every time we come here something is missing. We've started checking the bag while we are at the window (extending the wait times) just to be sure everything is there. It's a hassle that shouldn't be happening this often.

I went through drive thru and heard employees private conversation while I was TRYING to place my order. All I wanted was a biscuit. She said what else? I said that is all, politely for the 2nd time. She said I don't know who she's yelling at!!!!! First off, I never raised my voice. I drove up to the window and told them I didn't appreciate hearing their personal conversation while trying to place my order and told them to keep their biscuit. I will never go back there EVER!

SO GREAT!! I'm so happy they reopened this place!!! I have came here a few times and ate inside usually I go through the drive thru(which is always good for when you're in a rush) but when I went in there everyone was kind I order and by the time I sat down my food was done ✅ and it was fresh everything was exactly what I expected looked just like the picture on the menu. Highly recommend going here

I went there to get a two-piece breast dinner they told me they were out of breast and it would be 15 minutes to cook I went to the store came back ordered the same thing after the 15 minutes still no chicken breast Brandon said if I wanted the chicken breast he would have to cook it at 6:30 in the evening can imagine you'd never sell another piece of chicken breast after 6:30 I didn't want to wait I went to their competitor down the road Jack's this particular Bojangles closed because of bad management and here we are again bad management they should just close the store permanently I will never go back....Lynn a angry customer
