Shame they limit people to 15 (regular order) wings on BOGO Thursday, would much prefer to get 60 (regular order 30) instead. They'd get more money from alcohol sales if people stuck around to shove expensive chicken nuggets drenched in sauces longer.
.. oh, and don't bother with the $20 boneless AND fries combo. These fries are more tasteless than Steak And Shake fries and of similar cut.

Last night, my husband and I ate there for the first time our waitress was outstanding. They were quite busy and she was hustling and definitely checking on every table multiple times I couldn’t say anything nicer about her. The atmosphere was nice. The food was absolutely horrible. he had bone and wings and I had boneless both were horrible, I’m not a picky eater, but the only thing good about the meal was the french fries and the mozzarella sticks. The slaw was terrible. Had a weird taste it to be different but it was something more than just different. His wings he had ordered a 10 piece at about four we didn’t bothered to bring them home because they were so bad. My wings were so dry and overcooked. The sauce was kind of sloped on half on some, not on the rest of it very very dry. I wish I would’ve gotten our waitresses name because she was outstanding. She had blue or purple hair I believe and I know she was from Florida. She was the only good thing about the experience.

The bartender here, not only held my beers behind the bar while I used the restroom, but sent another female worker into the bathroom to make sure the man at the bar was not bothering me. Women taking care of women is the highest level of service! She’s a queen and I’ll return for that expertise alone.

The worst service ever. Extremely slow and after 40minutes our food was cold! Not even warm. Our server never stopped by to give us the check, WE had to get up and go to the counter so we could pay and finally leave that horrible place

Minorities should steer clear of this location. It's unfortunate but friends of mine were subject to blatant racism by the server. We ended up just leaving early. We had to leave cash as the sever even refused to take our card to pay for the appetizer we received. I will never be back to this location. Shameful.

Did an Uber east order with this restaurant? And when I tell you, it's lackluster, and the food quality was subpar, that's an understatement. I was send wings, they look like they're supposed to be in a museum because they're so petrified and dry, that I know that if I bite into it, I probably will chip a tooth. Then there were also wings that looked like they were undercooked when broken open. So I probably got an order That was sent back to the kitchen and instead of throwing it away, they sent it to me.
FYI, if you order something like this from Uber Eats and you call customer service, they are going to tell you Oh, well, your issue, maybe better luck next time

If you enjoy getting half of your order and the half you get being incorrect this is the place! We ordered to-go and were missing 2 orders of fries, the salad was incorrect and chicken was not supposed to be honey BBQ and we were given plain grilled. Love paying $50 for a salad, wings and fries to only come home with a bed of lettuce and unseasoned chicken! Very unhappy.
Twice I've went and it was rough. This past week we had to wait for 30 minutes for a table, but only half the tables were seated and it seemed like there were 4 hosts just standing up front. Once we got seated it was almost 15 minutes before a server saw us. On the food, the apps and sides were good, but the wings were just horrible. Most of the wings were small, very little meat, mostly burnt breading.

Well… they got my order wrong, but that’s ok semi busy but when I got my food the wings were cold like they had washed off the wrong sauce and then re sauced them I was sitting at the bar and literally had to ask for refills I only got two so it wasn’t like I was abusing them
