I placed an order 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant and then had to wait 25 minutes at the restaurant for my order. That is 40 minutes wait time for an order. This happens everytime that I go to this restaurant. The service is horrendous.

Food and service were good, but silverware was disgusting. The silverware was foggy, sticky, and had a residue on it. This was consistent with others at my table. After wiping the fork and knife down they were shiny which tells me that there is no cleaning being done on the silverware.

First of all, I love the BDubs in Fort O. It’s our go-to spot when my brother is in town for a couple beers and some wings or if I get home late and don’t feel like cooking, I’m also, an RGM for another restaurant chain so if I like a place it’s for a reason.
That said, the last two times my girl and I have ordered DoorDash from this location, they have gotten the order wrong. However, they have been very quick to resolve the issue and I will keep coming back.
The kitchen made the mistakes, and their expo should have caught it, but it’s a Friday night and things happen. I’m more than happy with how quick they are to go above and beyond when they do fumble the ball to make sure you know they are sincerely sorry for the mistake. Overall, this location is very solid.

I ordered my food online tater tots were amazing , The potato wedges were great as well . But I ordered a regular All-American cheeseburger that was just flopped in my container with french fries that were so stale and gross really sad very disappointed in my fries very disappointed .
We arrived at the restaurant about 5:15 and wanted a booth but was told there would be a wait because no one to serve the booths. I was wearing a dress and I am 5’2” and have a hard time getting on and off the high bar stools. I can understand when there’s lots of people but not many people were dining in one group of eight and maybe 4-5 tables with couples and we saw about 5-6 servers so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have someone to work the booths. I blame management because they need to let people sit where they want if there are booths open. I did see one booth that was occupied by servers. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be my favorite place to eat but for the past few years it’s been getting worse and this is not the only restaurant. I don’t usually complain or give reviews but it seems we’re paying more and getting less and poorer service. I understand wanting to save money and not be wasteful but you have to ask for sauces now when you order I guess. The server could ask if you want or don’t want sauces with your order. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and got NO ranch and NO buffalo sauce…what’s up with that? The server (Teague) we had that evening was great but it is frustrating when you are looking forward to eating somewhere and leave feeling like you wished you’d gone somewhere else.

I don’t know what’s going on but the food was ok but nothing was hot. We waited a very long time for every aspect of the meal, drink and food order was normal time however delivery of drinks, salad, food, drink refills took forever. Four of us at the table, finally guy comes out with a tray of food but only leaves my wings and tots. Barely any sauce. I ask guy that took our order was that the normal amount of sauce for an order? He said YES. Well I’ll need more sauce. Brother in law asked for another beer waited a long time when he finally brought it we said thought you forgot and he actually said “I had to take the garbage out!” REALLY are you kidding me. They didn’t bring out my wife’s side salad until they brought her boneless wings. She was the last one at our four top to get her food. No body asked if my food was ok, I had to go to an empty table to get ketchup. My tea glass was never refilled. I like the flats on traditional wings. My 6 wings had one flat and five drum sticks. I doubt we will ever go back

Kinda a weird place to go alone, not enough corners, not really any barriers between booths.
But uh, great service. Love their Boneless Wings Thursdays.
Shame they limit people to 15 (regular order) wings on BOGO Thursday, would much prefer to get 60 (regular order 30) instead. They'd get more money from alcohol sales if people stuck around to shove expensive chicken nuggets drenched in sauces longer.
.. oh, and don't bother with the $20 boneless AND fries combo. These fries are more tasteless than Steak And Shake fries and of similar cut.
