I placed an online order and the lady ruining the drive thru not only refused to give me my order, but was also incredibly hateful, and refused to help me with whatever the mix up was. I ended up having to reach out to the online customer service to get a refund. She was lovely.

I love Burger King, the chicken sandwich is off the chain. The employees need trained on Customer Service skills. I have been working with the public for my entire working life and how some employees serve customers hurts my heart. I know times are tough but Customer Service should always be priority no matter what. When an employee projects their attitude at the customer that is not right. I tried being nice to her during the ordering process even though I had to repeat 3 times what I was ordering because someone was talking to her while I was ordering. No smile hands me 2 drinks then brings the bags and walks away. I ordered 3 meals so now I got to hold up the drive thru to get her attention and she was not happy about that to get my 3rd drink. Then I get home and I am short a fry too. No reciept was give either. When she brought my 3rd drink and still no smile. I say thank you and have a nice evening and smiled at her and she mmhh and shuts the window. I'm always in Customer Service mode and never have I been mean to anyone because you just don't know what kind of day someone is having and I really pray she has a better rest of her night and tomorrow is a little less hard on her. 🙏💪

Updated app was clean and streamlined with great meal choices. I ordered $8 deal 2 croissants, hash browns and coffee. Doing this as a pre-order for the drive thru was seamless and no one in line at the drive-thru 👍

Stopped this morning to order food as I often do at this location. The manager on duty would not make cheesy tots. Told me they would take 10 mins and was very aggravated that I asked. I guess she was assuming I had the same level of intelligence that she had. But again I'm not the one working at Burger King. It takes 3 mins to cook cheesy tots lady. I don't even work there and know this. I get them at least 3 times a week. Whoever this lazy manager or team lead is needs to be fired. Go let her try Chick-fil-A and see if they will put up with her attitude and willingness to not work.

We've had a couple good experiences and a couple bad. Usually when this one lady is working the drive thru everything is good and made right (not sure of her name and didn't see her there today). Today we went through and they left out out 16 pc vampire nuggets so had to ask for them and when we got them they were way overcooked. My son was excited for those too😟. I ordered a large onion ring and they only filled the box halfway up which is more like a small. They also left out my extra zesty sauce that I paid extra for. Very irritated
Why the hell am I paying extra for cheese if yall not gonna put it on any of my sandwiches geez yall stingy

Restaurant has been at this location for many years, and still has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I didn't experience any strange odors, nor did anything look unclean. The food handlers we're using, and changing their gloves regularly. Ketchup had not been delivered, so I was given a dessert cup with enough to eat with my fries.
