Every time I’ve gone to this BK during the day, service is horrible and something is always forgotten. I’m always rushed through the drive thru and the person at the window barely looks or interacts w me. Whether it be sauces or even whole sandwiches and fries something is always left off. I will say I have better experiences going at night and everyone is usually more friendly and making sure everything is right. There are times I have to pull around and wait for them to bring my order out but everything is always there and 9 times out of 10 fresh. So if I’m wanting BK, I prefer to go during the evening since night shift is obviously better than day shift.

I came through the drive-thru about midday. Today. September 4th. I asked for the Texas double Whopper meal with a vanilla shake/an extra Texas double Whopper. Both with extra jalapenos and extra onions. However, no extra jalapenos on one and no jalapenos whatsoever on the other. Completely disappointed. That's the main ingredients for the odor. I was very specific. I should have checked the sandwiches before I left the parking lot. I tried calling and no one answered. Completely disappointed.

Ordered lunch from here and the food wasn't fit to eat! The food tasted old like it had sat in box for hours or days! The fires were cold and soggy and the price I paid for the food was a waste of money! There's alot better food elsewhere and I won't be going back here
