I haven't went inside this restaurant in years. So I can't tell you about the inside. The drive through service is atrocious at best. The food is always cold or your order is wrong unless you breathe it or rate or go back around and have to get what you're supposed to have. They normally never have half of what you order or what you want to order. Another driveway headed out the only way you can get out. There is a huge pothole that is. Hurting cars and no one has fixed it and they know about the problem.

First and last time we will be getting food from here. Fries were cold, my husband's burger was half cold, they messed up on the condiments for mine, and they forgot the sauces and drinks for my kids.
Stopped at this drive through on the way from Chattanooga. The lady that took my order was so sweet and enthusiastic. Whoever made my Texas Style Double Whopper, made it picture perfect! I could not believe it. To top it off my food came out hot and quickly. By far the best experience I've had @ BK in a long time!
