The food ,service and atmosphere was good but one employee had their child in the kitchen while she was working the child may have been three at the most and I think it is unsanitary didn’t know this before I paid

Our food wasn't fresh after waiting 15 minutes the catfish my wife ordered was hard ,the waiter whom waited on us was very unprofessional.

I have eaten here many times. But tonight was Terrible. My lobster bites tasted like old grease. The corn was like rubber ams the fish had no taste. Our shrimp skewer was burnt. Terrible terrible. And the workers didn't seem to want to even be there. Rolling their eyes when I asked for ice. Just rude.

My husband, daughter, and I went last night to eat dinner around 8pm. I’ve always been a fan of captain d’s but after last night we won’t be back. The food was cold, the fish was tiny, had no batter, and tasted like it had been sitting out, my husband fries were ice cold and hard. The Mac and cheese was cold and gross. No ice in machine, no tea. The restaurant was dirty and had a smell. We only saw three people working (manager, girl working the register, and cook) after taking our order and bringing food they all went outside to smoke. Was absolutely not worth the $40 we spent!! Save your money and time!

*update To the owner that replied and I can't reply back to. I had already done the message on that website before posting On here. I haven't heard back.
Upset with service from Chris. And the food that looked like it had been bitten out of. Hannah was great at her job. But I was told by Chris I could not order a meal without the shrimp and I had to take them no matter what, even if in a separate box, even though I am allergic to shrimp. He didn't care. He was fast talking, sounded aggressive and aggravated just bc I asked about it to Hannah and he interrupted her when she was trying to answer my question. She was the lady at the window in drive through handling my order to begin with. The food looking like it was bitten out of was so nasty. I was so upset I should of asked for my money back but didn't. Hannah gave me a hush puppy in a different box. But if I had been thinking, I would of thought what else could of been done to the food. Thought about after I got home. Open the box of the catfish and the other hush puppy had looked like it was bitten out of too. Food literally was wasted and so was my money.
