Went here on my lunch break and I specifically asked the young lady who took my order to make sure my food fresh Well she tells me we just started lunch and every thing is fresh well I get back to work just to get old food . I'm very disappointed in CHICK-FIL-A at this time guess I'll take a break from this place I can't continue to spend my hard earn money here that's not fair to me.

Got a Cobb salad via the drive through at lunch today. It consisted of mixed greens, 3 chicken nugget pieces and 4 small grape tomatoes. No corn, no cheeses, no hard-boiled egg. I should have been charged for a side salad and not the premium Cobb salad. Do better CFA.

As always I was met with a smile and someone ready to help me make my purchase for some yummy food. No matter how long the line is you get in and out pretty fast. This time as I waited for my food to arrive to my car I had a pleasant conversation with a staff member as she organized the drinks and food coming to the window. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A.Especially when you go inside with four kids. They brought my drinks to my table for me and later my food. While eating they walk by and ask if you need refills or anything else. The bathrooms are clean with step stools for kids and I love that the kids can be so loud in the play area but it doesn't disturb the people in the dining area because I guess the thick glass. I love how my kids can always trade in their "toy" from their meal for an ice cream even in the drive through. Overall a great experience.
Only complaint I have has nothing to do with Southeastern its the city of Chattanooga for not putting in a Red light at shallowford location.I'm sure between Ray Talley and Vulcan they receive quite a revenue.Kubota has 2 .McCallie school has one.Why does a company that contributes material to every single project in 50 mile radius deserves a little more respect.Thanks guys for many thousands of tons and yrs of service

Today I went to CFA and spent $50 to get my family and I food. I always eat here and love the staff so much. But today, my point of view on CFA was changed terribly. I got home and started to drink my coke. I felt something moving inside of the cup and it scared me so out of reflex I knocked over my drink. It spilt all over my counter and a bug came out with it. It wasn’t just a small baby bug, but probably the side of my index finger. I called to talk to a manger, but the person I talked to was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do about it and said they did not believe that even happened. I will not be returning as I understand accidents happen, but it was handled unprofessionally and rudely.
Ordered on the app this morning which you'd think that would be fast and efficient well not so much! Ya'll just keep dropping the ball! This is the last time we come to this restaurant for breakfast. We had to wait because someone can't read NO CHEESE. That's the second time I don't understand how hard it is to leave the cheese off because my husband can't have it on there! Come on Chickfila yall gotta do better!! Had to put this on here because Ya'll can't answer your phone.. oh and the attitudes of the drive thru associates were not appreciated either!!!
