This is the dirtiest Chipotle that I've ever been in the tables were dirty the floor was dirty the garbage was running over all three of them the eating implements were all over the place nothing was clean it's awful

We usually go to this chipotle as it’s always high in quality and great service. I wanted to give a shout out to the man working today 10/6 around 2:20pm. It was just him making all the bowls and one other guy cooking while I believe the others were on break. He was killing it and very kind.

First time there! The whole restaurant was nasty! The glass counter over the food had numerous hair's on it! I called it to two employees attention! Neither one of them done nothing! I wanted the brisket. She was cutting it up and said it would be about six minutes. So I thought ok it would be fresh. So we oredered chips and dip. The chips was so stale we couldn't eat them either! The other food in the bar looked dried and gross! I couldn't even eat it! When we got our drinks they was so much water on the floor they just throwed down rugs! It was disgusting.
Up front where the bottled drinks is needed wiped out and all the stainless steel needed wiped off. The floor and the tables were nasty. My husband said that was nasty and we will not be back! You know it was bad if my husband couldn't even eat it! I hope the General manager gets involved or they are going to go under fast!

I’ve tried this chipotle many times and almost every time I order online I am disappointed. I love the quesadilla but the last few times I’ve ordered it it’s been soggy and nearly empty inside. I do not recommend ordering anything from the app that you pick up through the drive through.

Dont go to the Chipotle in Ft Ogalthorpe. 2 weeks ago they left out my large guacamole. Ordered there today and informed the manager of the mistake. Told me he couldn't do anything. I ask for a small queso. He said no. I ask for his name and he refused. Ask for my money back on today's order and he told me I would have to do it myself. Then closed the window without giving me my order. Another employee had to give it to me. The manager has a Japanese tattoo and a hickey on the left side of his neck. Will never order here again.

Took my mom for the 1st time there as she had never been yet. And low and behold they had signs up saying online orders only..... seriously she was looking so forward to it, and wanted to eat out as she doesn't get out much.. we went to Taco Bell instead.. so sad.

I must say this restaurant is one of the cleanest. The staff were nice and courteous. The food portions were very generous. The chips and guacamole tasted fresh.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our server Ari! (Sorry if I misspelled her name). Ari understood the assignment. She did an awesome job by giving us good portions. I feel like she made the bowl the way she would like it served to her and that's a food service soft skill in my book. Some of these places have become skimpy on portions, you can tell they care more about being stingy trying to make money instead of a happy customer like they're counting the number of rice kernels and beans, etc. Well, guess what? You make a happy customer by giving good portions and what you get is a returning customer who spreads the good experience with good review, etc., which means more customers and MORE MONEY (Ari didn't go over the top, costing her employer, but she didn't make us feel cheated either). That business model has worked for centuries don't ruin it by being cheap and stingy. If you don't understand, take a class from Ari.
