The chips from this restaurant are always raw and have a lot of salt in them. Every time I have to pay for them, please.
I can tell something is different with chipotle now. The burritos are much smaller, and they didn’t taste the same as it normally does. It was still good because I was hungry. But it wasn’t that same wow factor that most chipotles are. In fact, chipotle seems to be kind of falling apart; this one at least. It’s still worthy of eating though. But soon it’s just gonna be like every other fast food joint.

On NYE I ordered a salad with Barbacoa (paid extra), fajita veggies, salsa, rice, beans and lettuce via Doordash. When I opened my food, there was hardly ANY Barbacoa and absolutely no fajita veggies or salsa. I put the Barbacoa on my food scale out of curiosity and they had only given me 1.09oz of meat--- Chipotle's website indicates 4oz protein servings. Doordash customer service is absolutely horrible and offered no help, and Chipotle's phone number just goes to an automated service with no ability to talk to anyone.
There needs to be some sort of quality control. I paid $20 for rice and beans essentially. I will absolutely avoid this location and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Tonight we ordered from Chipotle online for pick-up, even though a friend had warned against doing so. I had been told that the portions are smaller, with less meat and more filler items, and man was he right!! We ordered one steak & chicken burrito, and one steak & chicken bowl, both with queso (which costs extra).
The burrito was LITERALLY HALF the size of one you would get inside. It had the wrong rice, the smallest bit of queso only at one end, and a LOT of lettuce.
The bowl was 80% rice, 10% salsa & cheese, 3% steak, 0% chicken, a small smear of queso, and was covered with so much lettuce that, at first glance, you couldn't see the lack of meat/toppings.
We have been eating at Chipotle since they only had one store in Denver, and we have always loved the food and service, so I know they can do better than this. I am completely disappointed, and the employees of this location (Ft. Oglethorpe) should be ashamed. My first time ordering Chipotle for pick-up will also be my last.
DO NOT ORDER CHIPOTLE ONLINE!! Take the time to go inside to order so you actually get what you're paying for.

One of the dirtier chipotle locations I have been too. I was there for a late afternoon lunch on Saturday, the tables, drink counter, and bathroom were all really dirty and sticky. Food was good but the chips were burnt, and there were lots of staff

Chicken was way undercooked and just barely not raw. Definitely won’t be able to stomach chipotle for a while after that chewy texture I just experienced. The bowls we ordered were drowned in sour cream and it just wasn’t a pleasant meal whatsoever.

Ordered on the app, pulled up to the drive thru window just to have some woman slam the window in my face not once but twice in the middle of me talking. She asked for my name and before I was finished said “it’s not ready yet.” Unbelievably rude service. I’ll drive to another location from now on.
Edit: after arriving home with my food they didn’t even get it correct. I paid for extra stuff that left off my bowl. To the mouthy blonde with gauges and neck tattoos, I hope you step on a Lego barefoot.

Great fresh food. The cashier chose not to charge us for our fountain drinks because we had to wait for fajita veggies to be ready. This didn't cost the company much, but we were appreciative and felt like we mattered to the team members.

I just left this restaurant and was informed that I could not order steak because it was for online orders only. So I come into this store and can't order steak but online orders can. The boy informed me that was all they had left but online can only get it. I will not be coming back to this place

It's sad that you can't go into a Chipotle and order steak. For you to tell a customer you can only serve steak online is absolutely ridiculous. I see why I go to Dos Bros.
I came in about a month ago and just haven’t been able to stop thinking about how weird the experience was. The service was super slow even though it wasn’t that busy. Most of the employees were just messing around, a couple of them vaping behind the counter, and the manager was literally just sitting down playing on their phone. I get that places have downtime, but it felt super unprofessional—especially with my two-year-old there. It just didn’t sit right with me. I usually love Chipotle, but this location really needs to step it up.
