The food was fresh, the line wasn’t super long, the guy at the front taking orders and money as well as m making sure everything was correct, was great!! Idk his name but he was polite, patient, and treated people the way he’d expect to be treated if he were out somewhere spending money and unfortunately, that’s a rarity these days. Even with a lot of managers.
Anyway: NO ONE ELSE EVER GIVES OUT SILVERWARE, NAPKINS, and sometimes, even straws! And god forbid you ask them bc they’ll sigh loudly, roll their eyes and look at you like you’re a Karen for daring to ask for a fork/spoon so you don’t have to eat your coleslaw with your fingers, etc.
He’s literally THE ONLY Cookout associate at the two locations I’ve been to in the last three years that has put them in the bag without me having to ask (and be worried about getting grouted at…)
Treat him well! He’s a keeper!

The last two times I've ordered jalapeño cheese fries through the drive through, they have forgot the jalapeños:/ still got charged for them though. We also requested no ice is his coke and they still put ice in there.
