Domino's Pizza

All I wanted was a simple 2 item pizza and they left off one item.

Food thrown on porch. No knock and the pizza was cut terribly with huge and tiny pieces of pizza. Very disappointed. They also tried the old double dip tip. Accident or not, you can’t do that whether or not he’s “new”, better training. I’d love an old school world training, to be honest it falls on the managers and trainers. Not the employees.... It’s a different world be sure your employees need to understand the basics before work or in my case, no one of your employees is responsible for your effort your franchise. getting proven wrong.

Fu I Order EXTRA Chicken ALL The Time Just To Be Let Down EVERYTIME! They Act Like They Pay For The Chicken Out Of They Own Check! Give Me My Extra Chicken!

Did not bring food to the door ,just left it sitting out in the driveway on the trunk of my car. Perhaps Papa Johns would appreciate our business enough to bring it to the door?

Order 4 pizzas wings and a brookie spent $70 including cash tip only for 3 out of 4 pizzas to come messed up. Looked like the driver possible dropped them or just threw them in his car. I spoke with the GM Will, I believe who did not introduce himself I had to ask his name he did offer a credit or to remake but a remake would have taken longer to get.

Ordered today around 12pm 2 pizzas. One was supposed to be Buffalo and it was just chicken and cheese. Something needs to be done with this. I am always having problems when I go here and I spent $50 on food and was very disappointed. Honestly will never be back to this location again.

Left clear instructions and the driver preston slung my pizza and left it on the trash can!!!!! After the instructions said place on black chair ON PORCH! Evidently Preston is incompetent and can not follow instructions! Ridiculous!!!!! Never have I ever had this happen until Preston did my delivery tonight!

Just picked up a pizza today and the customer service was excellent. I was immediately welcomed and given my order. It appeared to be the manager but I was definitely taken a back by the wonderful welcome and the great tasting pizza and wings. Thanks

I wish I could give it zero stars but I cant. I have been waiting over an hour for my pizza I called the store and the store tells me that it's going to be another hour to an hour and a half so basically two and a half hours I said well can I get a little discount on the pizza since I'm having to wait so long and he goes my manager said we can't do that he said do you want me to cancel the order I said no I'm hungry I've been waiting an hour already and the guy was like well it'll come sometime tonight it's amazing how they treat their customers somebody needs to shut this place down this happened tonight Friday March 21st 2025 it's pathetic

I don't really like pizza... that having been said, I LOVE THIS DOMINO'S. I'm shocked that the rating is not higher than it is, and I am going to be intentional about helping with that. I'm really surprised about how often I order from here, I really can't stand pizza!! I've always ordered pizza because everyone else likes it, it is easy and it's less expensive than other takeout choices so I just have a piece, usually not even two, and eat cereal or something later close to bedtime. Not anymore, I actually ate half of the pizza we got the other night and I was wishing we had gotten a bigger one lol. I've ordered from so many pizza places and this is the only time I've ever felt like that, I feel like I'm finally a grown up but kids love pizza... Keep up the good work, trust me when I say that it's noticed and thank you so much for how hard you work.

Payed 25$ for a medium pizza, sauces and a drink, they forgot my sauces and drink, I call them and the manager tried to argue with me that I didn't order a drink with an attitude in her voice, until I told her I could show her my receipt and then she suddenly said she saw her mistake. It's been going on 30 minutes and I'm still waiting on my sauces and drink.

The lady that delivered to me was very rude even though I tipped her and she was wearing a kippah
