Domino's Pizza

I had food delivered twice in a week. Both times my food arrived cold because it sat at the store for thirty minutes before a driver even left to deliver it. On top of that my pizza was severely overcooked and dry. Fool me twice…

Dominos far surpasses the papa , the hut, and Ceasar . By far.

The pizza tasted old like it's been sitting out all day. Which is weird because they are supposed to be made to order. The pepperoni tasted a little funny too, maybe expired? The cinnamon stick have barely and cinnamon sauce on it and the frosting that comes with was crusted and not smooth like it should be. This is by far the worst order I have received from dominos. My whole family is sick and don't have the energy to go back out and complain to the store. This was literally a waste of money. Do better dominos do better!!

Everybody has bad reviews I think this place is great. Had raggedy lookin bread twists like once or twice a that’s it, never flipped. I hope these people chill out on yall. I got a cinnamon bread twist tonight that looks like a dinosaur?!? So 5 stars in my book, whoever made it, give em’ a raise.

I ordered a pizza with no cheese cause my wife is allergic to dairy. It came with cheese.we called the store and the manager got an attitude and said there's nothing they could do. We've ordered pizza from there numerous times and hey got it right but today we got total crap. Said there pizzas automatically comes with cheese. Even when you put no cheese on the order witch is crazy cause if my wife would have ate it she would have ate it there's a chance she would have died.

We order maybe 3 times a month . In the past it was awesome. Which in the past we lived in ringgold and use the one on Poplar springs Rd by food Lion . Now we live in the Rossville area and the store is now fort Oglethorpe. It is awful . We have gotten delivery 3 times hoping the last time was an off day. Nope!!! Everyday is off day there. When we tried calling last time and nicely ask for our money back on some wings they were rather rude. This time thinking let's give them the benefit of the doubt we got our ham and pineapple pizza it was gross and it has very tiny pineapple on it at first we thought it was something else. The tater tots we burnt to a crisp and flat. Not worth 23 dollars and tip !!! That is three times dominoes in fort o there will not be a forth. Congratulations you lost a customer!!! I took pictures and of course can not apply them here !!!

I went in today to pick up a pizza. The two young ladies were super sweet. I had specified a square cut since I have to cut the slices up for my dad. She forgot to do it and remade the pizza. I didn't even realize a mistake was made. She rectified it before I even noticed. She threw in the incorrect one for free. It's been a rough time and that simple act made my day.

Really Fort O Dominos?! That's the saddest order of wings I've seen. No sauce at all on one and the rest are barely drizzled. Now I remember why I make the drive to the East Ridge location.

The call in service is terrible. They never listen to what you are trying to order. They push other menu items instead. The service in the store was fine. I feel bad for those staff members having to hear all the complaints from the call in service.
Why not have someone in the store taking orders and building customer relations . Dominoes maybe saving wages but losing business.
The call in service has the customer so frustrated it’s not worth it!
Hot & Ready is sounding better!

Always a good late night crew. I know they probably hate making late orders but, they do it and they do it well! they are a great team and deserve a raise!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dominoes is usually great not sure what has happened.... I ordered Ny style deluxe pizza with extra pepperoni, sausage & cheese. & Received a plain cheese pizza. This is ridiculous & not worth the 40 I paid for. I won't be ordering from dominoes in fort Oglethorpe again.

Always courteous. Fast delivery. Prices are fair. I wish their large was bigger.
