Domino's Pizza

Waited for 45 mins on a order they said would only take 15-20 min max. Said their call in orders were more important. Rude slow staff. Burnt food and cold.

Most bland pizza I've ever eaten. It was 98% crust. There was not much sauce or cheese on it, and the two ingredients I ordered for toppings were skimpy, too. Very disappointed. I won't order there again.

Worse pizza EVER! Its Friday night, called Chickamauga Dominos. They were backed up so I called FO.
They were also very busy. We ordered 1large double pepperoni, medium, thin Feta cheese, onion.
Went in and no one asked me if I could be helped, at least 9 or 10 workers ar running around.

Delivery time was quoted as 30 minutes. Made a follow up call to store after 54 minutes. Once the pizzas were delivered one pizza was soggy. Manager was not very concerned.

Can’t slice a pizza. Doesn’t care about customers 25% tip wasn’t enough vey sad get pizza somewhere else

Ordered a pepperoni and cheese. Delivered dry, barely any sauce and no cheese at all. The simplest pizza. You had one simple task to fulfill and you fail miserably.

Food is always fine and atmosphere is as good as you can expect of a domino's. However, hygiene is horrendous. Making pizzas with no gloves, then touching countertops, and then back to making pizzas without gloves or washing hands. It's stomach churning. Fingers crossed nobody smokes and the pizza gets enough time in the oven to kill all the germs! 😑

All I wanted was a simple 2 item pizza and they left off one item.

Food thrown on porch. No knock and the pizza was cut terribly with huge and tiny pieces of pizza. Very disappointed. They also tried the old double dip tip. Accident or not, you can’t do that whether or not he’s “new”, better training. I’d love an old school world training, to be honest it falls on the managers and trainers. Not the employees.... It’s a different world be sure your employees need to understand the basics before work or in my case, no one of your employees is responsible for your effort your franchise. getting proven wrong.
