Staff was so nice and helpful with this being my 1st ever visit. They recommended their favorite drinks. They took the time to get to know what I liked to help me make the best decision on what to order.
The older lady at the drive threw , sorry I don't know her name but very polite, respectful and just a great person In general definitely takes her job with pride and does a great job I come threw at 7 am daily to get coffee and not once has she not had a smile on her face.

These are absolutely the nicest group of employees at any fast food restaurant in the Chattanooga area, and I mean it. They are always so pleasant and smiling even when they are really busy. Honestly, with my work I don't see many people on a daily basis, so it makes my day when I go in there. They all deserve a raise!!

Been here nearly every other day for many years and the only bad thing I can say is how my coffee is made so watered down sometimes and I have to get them to fix it, other then that it's been my go to for iced caramel coffee and breakfast anytime of the day!

Outstanding service and the coffee and donuts were delicious.
I stop in just about every morning (weekdays) on my way to work. It's such a pleasure the lady who takes orders (drive thru) Lori is her name she is always chipper and so nice. The lady at the window taking money ( Carol) is so nice and pleasant. These qualities are hard to find these days. It's not hard to be pleasant and kind to someone, it makes my day to hear a friendly voice so early in the morning. Thanks ladies from the ( large sweet tea with extra ice) lady.

It has been a while since I have gone to Dunkin donuts. I can see why I do not come back. The service was horrible. The cashier was rude, hard to hear and her attitude showed she didn't like her job The donuts were stale, and flavorless. We wasted 14 dollars on donuts that were the worse ever I will keep going to the local gas station for my donuts. At least I know that they will be fresh

It's hard to get in/out of the parking lot. The donuts 🍩 were stale, and some were mushy, sticking to the box of munchkins. I was very disappointed. I didn't notice this until I was home 20 minutes away. I will always, from now on, hold the drive thru up, checking everything before moving.
