From the opening this used to be my favorite place for great drinks and donuts. Lately, not so much. New staff who are not properly trained. One person that took my order a few times, got it wrong, it was not the first time. Several times they did not scan my bar code thereby loosing points. One of those mistakes cost me 600 points, plus being charged $5.98 for a large hot vanilla coffee. The cost is around $3.20. They no longer have energy drinks. On an average I came here are few days a week. On a positive note; their donuts are really good.

Old lady working closed the store an hour early- We walked inside and tried to order a drink and she said she cleaned the drink machines and when we walked out she locked the doors and was cleaning more to close the store during open hours-

They are pretty fast service as long as there's not a car in front of you that's ordering the whole restaurant. but they sometimes leave something out of your drink like when you ask for espresso they're bad about charging you for it and never putting it in there. I know when my drink has had espresso you can definitely taste the difference it's stronger and they hardly put it in mine and I pay for it. I was in there on a Friday and they had no munchkins, they no longer had certain flavors for your coffee but yet it was still in the menu, they only had a couple chocolate cake donuts and that was it it's just very disappointing when they are a million to billion-dollar company and they charge so much for their food and they should know at certain times of the year when to have more. I'm very disappointed I don't know that I'll go back now

Every time I’ve ordered a refresher with the green tea, it tastes like the green tea was left out for two days. The donut that we ordered (which was the only kind left) was like eating a slightly damp sponge. I only come to this location if traffic is really bad or it’s more convenient on the way home, and every time it leaves something to be desired.

Every time I have gone the past 2 years I am always very disappointed. Customer service is trash, their supply is always low no matter what time of day you go, and if you get any food item that needs to be warmed, expect it to be cold.
The wait time for the drive thru is ridiculous. Your better off getting the ingredients and making the coffee and donuts yourself

Ordered online 4 susuage wake uo wrps and a drink, the label on the outside of the bag has our last name and 4 sasuage wake up wraps sadly inside this bag was 4 cold bacon wake up wraps...so sad we were.

Staff was so nice and helpful with this being my 1st ever visit. They recommended their favorite drinks. They took the time to get to know what I liked to help me make the best decision on what to order.
The older lady at the drive threw , sorry I don't know her name but very polite, respectful and just a great person In general definitely takes her job with pride and does a great job I come threw at 7 am daily to get coffee and not once has she not had a smile on her face.
